Jimmy from breakfast was fantastic. 5/5 excellent world class service. He was very helpful and checked on us most every single time. Other staffs were amazing too and the food selection of the hotel is of wide variety that covers cuisines from many nations.

I stayed in Artotel Mangkuluhur during festive holiday season in the last March 2025. This was the first time I stayed in this Hotel. The lobby was very spacious. The room was also very spacious,clean and comfortable. Very suitable for family of 4. Room facilities and amenities were complete, including free snacks in minibar. Breakfast was also good. We decided to stay again in this Hotel when we will travel to Jakarta. Very recommended Hotel. It is worth to try.

I’ve been staying in this hotel a few times, but this time Mr. Agung is taking care of our booking and is very helpful. He offers to upgrade my rooms, is very informative and kind. Always nice to stay at Artotel Mangkuluhur Looking forward to another staycation at this hotel

The facilities in this hotel are really good, the rooms smell good, and you are welcomed by a newly renovated restaurant, the staff are friendly, especially the server, Mr. Radit. For food the taste is really good…

Booked a suite, a big one. First one (1233); overly outdated, nothing like the pictures at all. Lots of things broken, some lights cannot be dimmed, airco broken. After a night; second suite (1033), even worse… airco broken, many things damaged. Only to be “upgraded” after these first nights to a renovated room. Breakfast; poor, very poor. Gym; a joke…. And laundry; got lots of laundry (after 36 hours and asking) from another guest…. Pretending to be a 5 star hotel. It isn’t, by far it isn’t
