Ulasan Riverside Hotel Southbank

We had a terrible experience! The rooms had dirty carpets, and the air conditioning did not work correctly, making huge noises and filling the air with mould. We stayed for two nights, and no one came to clean the room after the first night. I was travelling with my daughter, who is one year old, and she needed a calm and clean place to rest, but unfortunately, this hotel was not the place. The customer service at the front desk was incredibly unhelpful and unreliable. The only good thing about this place was the location, but not even this was enough to save the experience of our stay.

It was small but great location and lovely people. They got hit bad with floods do was happy to support them...

Very friendly. Great location close to QPAC, city and Southbank. Nice clean rooms and good facilities.

위치가 정말 너무 좋았어요 뮤지엄 바로 앞쪽이라 교통 너무 편리하고 좋았습니다 아쉬웠던점은 방 청소가 제대로 이루어지지 않는다는 점이에요 서랍에 누가 먹고 간 음식이 그대로 있어서 카운터에 얘기했는데 아무런 조치도 이루어지지 않았습니다

賓館有點舊，但是價格實惠，位置好，房間通風也比較好，還有一個比較大的陽台，無異味;最棒的是可免費停車。

The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful when needed. The bed was a little soft so you kinda fall into it. But better then being rock hard. It's a nice little hotel in a good area. Will definitely stay again.

The room was a little dated, but at the price you pay, that is expected. The room was tidy and the pool area, although small, was lovely. The location was great, a short walk to Southbank etc. I would happily stay there again.

Located conveniently close to delightful restaurants that offer a tourist-friendly a**osphere. Within walking distance of cultural attractions like museums and libraries. Experienced some confusion regarding daily services provided by the staff.

The location is excellent, but the hotel is old and tired. There were so many things loose and moldy in the bathroom. I guess you get what you pay for, but unless they renovate, we won't be back. renovate

Overall good facilities, was smelly in room as curtsins need a good wash or throw them out. Also some problems with sewerage smell in bathroom. Tv did not work but receptionist quickly rectified staff friendly and helpful!

The worst hotel experience, the front desk service was not good, and there was a huge gap between the online pictures and the actual results. The room smelled loud and the noise was loud. There is no beautiful view as seen on the website. Everything is uncomfortable.
