Ulasan Courtyard by Marriott Brisbane South Bank

Restaurant and front desk excellent service. Food is very good for breakfast. Rooms large and well appointed. Some cleaning/musty smell in the hallways and rooms. Ventilation once on was ok but was not on all the time.

Right next to Southbank - walk to restaurants and markets. Customer service was impeccable. The room was spacious and clean.

Beautiful place for overnight stay. Service was amazing. A little noisy when you keep the doors open due to construction works around the area

location is a little awkward to walk uphill, good for car users. Rooms are smaller than picture

Really enjoyed our quick city break. Staff were professional but could have been friendlier. Very business like. Room was clean but the shower gel and shampoo conditioner pump packs in shower were empty so they was frustrating. Indoor heated pool was quite cold which was also disappointing… and no hot tub or spa which would have been nice as indoor pool was cold - apparently it is heated !!?? Apart from those small things - it was a nice room and good location. Parking is costly though

Stayed one night and found check in quite good, a free drink was offered which I found was a nice touch. Clean room and the size was fine, bathroom a little small but that was ok. Breakfast was great, large selection from the menu. Location close to Southbank and within walking distance. The room was charged twice accidentally I found a few days later but when I contacted the hotel they promptly initiated a refund with delay. I’ve stayed at many hotels and rate this one as overall a good hotel worth staying at. I will stay definitely again 😊
