Here are photos of the room after the housekeeper cleaned it. The problem started at 9:00 AM when I hung the door hanger to request cleaning of the room. I came back at 11:30 AM and found that they still hadn’t started cleaning the room. I noticed that the door hanger had been turned to the "Do Not Disturb" side. When I entered the room, I saw that they had placed a tea bag and Nescafé in the room, which means someone had entered, placed them, and then turned the door hanger. I came back at 12:00 PM, and the room was still not clean. I left and returned again at 1:00 PM, but the situation was the same. I contacted the housekeeper to tell her that I wanted the room cleaned and that I needed to rest. At 1:50 PM, I found the room was still in the same condition. Finally, at 2:00 PM, it was cleaned, but it was obvious that it had been done very quickly, in about 5 minutes. There was hair everywhere on the floor, and it had not been properly cleaned, especially on the carpet, which hadn’t been cleaned at all. There were stains everywhere, and only the visible areas had been hastily cleaned. The glasses were dirty and had not been washed properly; there was dust and streaks. The bedspread was torn. They didn't restock the shower gels and shampoo either There were also a lot of insects, especially mosquitoes. I got bitten several times. The curtains, the vanity, the sheets, and all other places were dirty. The coffee machine was also not cleaned. Moreover, the chambermaids are very rude. I heard them mocking the guests, saying that they are very dirty, doing this and that... They said this in Arabic, thinking that I wouldn't understand, but I understand a few words since my mother is of Tunisian origin In the end, I was really disappointed with the service, as it doesn't even deserve one star, let alone three stars.
