Salah satu "resor" terburuk yang pernah saya tinggali. Saya memesan "suite bisnis" dan diberi satu yang memiliki jendela kecil yang menghadap ke dinding luar! Setelah mengeluh tentang hal itu, saya dipindahkan ke suite lain dengan pemandangan jendela yang sedikit lebih baik.
"Resor" tersebut dalam kondisi yang buruk dan tidak terawat. Tempat ini sudah tua dan sepi! Satu-satunya restoran di resor tersebut berhenti beroperasi pada pukul 9:30 malam dan tidak ada restoran lain di sekitar kecuali Anda memiliki akses ke mobil. Taksi hampir tidak ada di resor ini.
Sarapan yang disajikan di restoran resor itu mengerikan. Lebih buruk daripada yang disajikan di beberapa kafetaria sekolah menengah! Kopinya dingin dan hambar. Peralatan makannya basah dan tidak bersih. Meituan tidak mengirimkan makanan ke resor ini.
Satu-satunya nilai tambah untuk resor ini adalah kedekatannya dengan kereta gantung menuju area Pemandangan Huang Long. Namun, staf resor berusaha sebaik mungkin untuk melayani pelanggan.
JANGAN menginap di resor ini!!!!

Booked cause near ropeway. Front desk is very unfriendly. Most facilities are locked up. Eg the billard room gym all locked up. They only on the heater between 5.30pm to 11.30pm. And the heater is not hot. At around midnight, I can't sleep due to the cold -5 degrees. I was hoping to get a few beers to drink ourselves to sleep. Call the receptionist and housekeeping. No one answered. Went down to front desk, and it was pitch dark. No one was there. Called housekeeping afew more times. Finally!!! Some unfriendly person answered. No beer available!!!! U called urself a hotel! Worst stay ever. This one top the list!

Location is everything. Five minutes walk to cable car station. The down side is this hotel is very cold even we turned on the heater.

The hotel claimed to be 5 star hotel but services provided by reception was indeed atrocious. The staff seemed impatient & rude to handle simple enquiries even if it was not a busy period when the enquiry was made. The reception staff gave the perception they are only concerned about hotel facilities & anything outside hotel, they are not obliged to help. Better to stay in Jiuzhaigou as it has much better facilities than Huanglong location.

The hotel has seen better days. It was okay overall but several maintenance issues were obvious. It's a nice place but the management is not great. It's very convenient to the National Scenic Area.

First big disappointment- the bed. Mattress was so hard, that I can not feel the difference between sleeping in bed and sleeping on the floor.
Second disappointment - temperature. 10 degrees outside, 16 degrees inside. No central heating available. I was provided with small portable heater, which helped me to raise temperature to 20 degrees after a few hours of working. Heater was very noisy but I had to keep it working all night.
Third disappointment - breakfast.
Value/price - not satisfying.

Excellent location next to Huanglong cable car station. Hotel provides free tickets for transfer bus inside Huanglong which sold out quickly. Helps save some walking.
Room is clean but central heating not turned on due to low occupancy and only provides a small portable heater for the room which barely keep the room warm in mid October temperature around zero celsius. Very simple breakfast provided, carbs to fill the stomach before the hike at Huanglong.
