Grupotel Club Turquesa Mar

We are a family of three staying for 10 nights through TUI. We had a one bedroom apartment which was perfect as it offers a double bedroom with separate door into living/dining area with sofa bed for little one. The hotel is set in a semi built up area with easy walk to two beaches and the marina with bars and shops. The beaches are lovely with one a little more rocky than the other, we had great weather with beautiful clear sea. Be prepared for the 45mins-1hr coach journey from the airport. The reception area can get busy on departures or arrivals but they are quite efficient at sorting customers needs. There are trolleys near the entrance for luggage and lifts to rooms for access. There are quite a few ramps and stairs to rooms and there appeared to be four blocks of bedrooms. Reception staff were helpful and polite, although there is a charge per day for an iron and board if you want it. We paid for the safe. Towels were free but a cash deposit €10 or £10 I think. Cash deposits were required for the safe too. They held on to our passport for the first 24 hours. The room was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed, it’s probably due a referb I’d say but not bad overall. The shower was quite slow in pressure but adequate if a little small in the cubical, we had a bath and sink and it’s a decent sized bathroom (with a frosted glass door). We had a large fridge which was handy (you can turn it up to icy cold!) the air con was effective and it’s one that switches off with removal of the room card. There was a tv in the bedroom and dining area which had a couple of UK channels. There was a lovely balcony which was quite small but enough to sit and read a book and space to hang wet clothes. The bed was comfy for us and there was enough wardrobe space. The rooms didn’t have blackout curtains. The cleaner was polite and efficient. The entertainment was put on by an amazing, enthusiastic team with a lovely team ethic for the kids especially. Donovan was a great fitness instructor with a fun and energetic style. Look out for TuiBot, quizzes, good acts and general entertainment. Personally I find the daytime entertainment a little loud at times. The pools were clean, with great facilities for the smaller and larger kids. The indoor poor is a little warmer than the outdoor pools which were very cold especially in the morning. Aqua-fitness was great. If you want a quieter and calming experience then venture to the ‘quiet’ pool, I found it very peaceful, it’s set in the rural section behind the hotel which it’s much quieter. It warms up nicely thought out the day and it’s a grassed area with sub-beds. There are not many sunshades in this area, but there is some shade under the trees. It’s also a little breezier. It’s a bit of a walk to the bar or loo, but worth it overall. The loos around the main pool are a little cramped and could be a little cleaner, although adequate. The food was generally good. We found something for all of us

What a fantastic holiday we all had! None of us wanted to leave. On arrival the reception staff were very welcoming and the hotel was noticeably clean and modern. We were shown to our apartments which were large, spacious and modern and the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The beds were comfy and the balcony was HUGE with a brilliant pool side view! There were tea making facilities, fridge and microwave which was fab for little kids. The pools are huge, 5 in total! A kids splash pool, a kids slide pool and then 2 massive outdoor pools with hot tub and an indoor one with hot tub too. All were warm and clean. Plenty of sun beds and parasols and the pool opens 10-6 which stops the stampede for sun beds. I have severe allergies and not all of them common and I have NEVER been accommodated so well in all my life, even in England!!! The staff walked me through every meal what I could/ couldn’t have. Puddings were a no go for me as all contained traces of nut, however one of the chefs baked me the BEST chocolate brownie I have ever had in my life, totally nut free!!! It was such a lovely touch and showed how committed they are to making everything perfect. The same chef also made me a chicken paella one night to ensure I could eat something and had it ready for my arrival!! Sidi is an absolute dream of a staff member and deserves so much credit for making my time here so fantastic. There was also a lady maitreedee who assisted with my allergies from day one and did a lot of research to ensure they weren’t using some of the products! She was fab and so vigilant!! All kitchen and restaurant staff were fab and very friendly. The entertainment was great, something for everyone and the kids loved it. Alex and the show team were fantastic and always provided lots of welcoming fun!! My girls and I LOVED the ever after show and the meet and greet after and we all had fun at the silent discos! It’s close to 2 beaches and a 5 minute walk to a supermarket and a beautiful marina filled with bars and restaurants. Bus stops right outside too for additional day trips!! The best holiday I’ve ever had and I will recommend to everyone!! Thank you for such amazing memories!!!

Amazing hotel, went in 2024 and couldn’t wait to go back ! Wasn’t disappointed. Apartment, all staff were polite & happy and couldn’t do enough. Entertainment for all ages . Definitely a family hotel . 10/10

This is the third consecutive year we have been to the Club Turquesa Mar. The only down side to this years trip has been the overcast weather but the hotel is as excellent as the previous years.

We recently stayed at this beautiful hotel in Menorca and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The property itself is stunning – stylish, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean throughout. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how welcoming and helpful the staff were. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was another highlight – fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was a treat! I brought my teenage kids along, and they had a fantastic time. There were plenty of activities to keep them entertained, and the relaxed atmosphere made it easy for everyone to unwind and enjoy. We had the best time x

We have just come back from the loveliest family holiday! The staff at Turquesa Mar were so friendly and helpful. Special shout out to the head chef in the dining hall. He always made an effort to welcome us and ask us how we were. The pizza was also incredible! Definitely mine and my daughter's favourite food there haha! Another shout out to the TUI rep Ryan! He was so helpful and answered any questions we had. He even helped to locate a place that did Jet skis on the island! (Thank you!) The next, very special shout out, needs to go to your entertainment team! Without the entertainment team I honestly don't think our holiday would have been as good as it was! Especially; Anna, Alex, Yollie & Irene were absolutely amazing with our daughter Mabel. They helped her confidence grow as the holiday went on! They included her and made her feel very comfortable. We've even had to create a holiday song playlist at home so she can pretend to be you guys and put on shows herself to us haha!! TUI bots 'higher' song being her favourite! You are all so talented and we thoroughly enjoyed your shows! One of our favourite shows, that just wouldn't go right for you both, was the 'big bang' with Alex & Anna, it was hilarious haha! You're all a credit to the hotel! Back to the hotel, we loved the wooden box you provided for people to put things in to share, such as; we were able to save money on buying our own parasols for the beach by using ones people had left. We then returned them for someone else to use. It's a great idea! If we had to say one thing that could have been improved it would have been a few more parasol umbrellas round the pool area! The pool was great but some days if we went out in the morning first and came back to the pool, we didn't have a sun lounger with shade available. All in all it was a great family holiday and we would love to come again one day.
