Pengalaman menginap yang fantastis. Saya dan istri saya adalah tamu di hotel pada minggu terakhir bulan Juli dengan setengah papan. Staf yang sangat profesional, kami menerima begitu banyak kesopanan dan ketersediaan. Restoran dengan layanan prasmanan dan banyak variasi hidangan dan makanan dengan kualitas yang sangat baik. Pelayanan prima dan lokasi yang fantastis, praktis terletak di salah satu pantai terindah di pulau ini. Saya harus memberikan perhatian penuh dari pihak staf terhadap langkah-langkah kesehatan anti-COVID.

7 nights all inclusive. Room was basic but comfortable, it had a fridge, excellent cleaning service and fan in room. All inclusive food could be repetitive and bland in the restaurant, snack bar was good for during the day. Highly recommend visiting the beach with its crystal clear waters, it can be rocky in places so children may need shoes for the water. Sun beds are pretty pricy at €10 per bed.Amenities straight across the road from the hotel include supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars all within a 2 minute walk. Hawiano does amazing cocktails/mocktails which is right next to the Bollywood Indian Restaurant and Takeaway where we ate out and thoroughly enjoyed. The Kit Cat bar was another favourite which has quiz nights, has sports on the TV and does drink specials (this bar is up the top next to the bus stands and pharmacy)

A great 3*** star hotel in a great location. If you are looking for peace and quiet then this is the place for you. Food is as you would expect it to be. Yes the hotels decor could be updated a bit but it is absolutely fine as it is. Would I come back again? Yes I would.

Third visit with family, fabulous as usual. Cleanest pool I've ever been in, hotel cleanliness generally to a very high standard. Polite and helpful staff, especially in restaurant. Food pretty much same as most All Inclusive buffets, unless you are really fussy you will always find something, especially with the poolside snack bar open during the day. Lifeguards vigilant and on the ball, not sure it's their job to police it but around the pool would like to see women keep their tops on and for couples keep their amorous activities private. There is a beach 30 seconds away, perhaps go there and keep the pool family friendly. Negative - Watch out for grifters treating their non resident friends to food and drink, it just pushes the prices up for you and me. The hotel is in an amazing location, you really can't beat it.

Wonderful holiday with my daughter, hotel right on beach and spotless. Rooms are small but only needed for sleeping and showering. Food was plentiful and varied and the breakfast was fantastic. Plenty sunbeds and large seating area. Probably the best holiday we have had and we will be returning.

It is a real shame that I need to give this hotel 2 stars because the staff are amazing. The rooms are dated and tiny considering how much you are paying for a 3 star hotel. I went to the hotel with my mom and 3 year old daughter and the first night we stayed in a "superior" room. We barely fit with our two luggage. The room smelled of old cigarettes and because it was windy the terrace doors made a very loud whistling noise. The next morning and I complained and asked to be upgraded to a bigger room. I paid I think 70 euros extra per night for a 2 bedroom room. It was much better in terms of space but did not have a bathtub. The wind didn't have the same effect as the terrace doors were better fitted. I had paid for breakfast and dinner and we only had breakfast. The breakfast was poor, not great selection, fruit did not seem fresh. So after seeing the breakfast buffet we decided to eat and dine out the rest of the week. The beach and chiringuito on the beach were amazing and 100% recommend going. It is stunning!! The hotel staff and menorquín locals were super nice and helpful. Hotel was clean but I would rather rent an Airbnb or go to a different hotel to be honest. My daughter did have the best holiday though!

Exceptional staff, the kids club and entertainment team were particularly brilliant. Kids club activities were fab with varied schedule and massive thanks to Ruth and Ana. Really Clean hotel and site and nice to have pool towels provided. Lovely to have such a beautiful beach a minutes walk away too. Snack bar was good with fresh food which was varied and great for all our tastes. Food was ok, noisey canteen style eating area with no windows open, same kind of food everyday. However, was plentiful and clean and staff were lovely. However- the family room is terrible. I have seen better furniture in a skip. Two adults and two kids in a tiny room with the scruffiest bunk beds ever. Wonky broken ladder and dirty cover on bed rail. It's like they've just shoved bunk beds in the corner of a standard room. Scruffy painting of walls and woodwork and very, very dated. But the shower and bath were great - loads of hot water and good pressure. No pool depths on side of the pool, if you want to know these you will have to walk around the pool area and find a cryptic map. Evening entertainment was 50/50. A couple of good acts and some absolute shockers! But saying all this, we would still go back, the staff were brilliant.

Travelled alone with my son for the first time in 5 years.....the hotel was very clean the staff friendly and the entertainment great.....special shout out to Rocío....she's works really hard to make you feel welcome gets you involved in fun activities but never pressured.....Ruben also ...even though he cheated at darts ......🤣🤣...so surprised this hotel only has 3 star ....on top of the beach also ...would recommend for sure.....x
