First of all the positives which out rule the negatives....Hotel spotlessly clean as soon as you walk through the doors your welcomed by a lovely reception area we had no problems with the lifts as some reviews have stated ,Our room was clean and comfortable everything we needed even though it was a little dated the sea view from our balcony was amazing also lovely walks around the area .Good size pool but a little cold this time of year the loungers were about the best I have layed on nice and new ,token system for drinks cups is a good idea didn't find the plastic beakers a problem at all .....Negatives (sorry to say ) We wasn't very impressed with the food not a very good selection or quality and could be warmer but there was a microwave to heat it up but personally don't like to use them . Not a good selection of desserts either but loved the salad we didn't go hungry always found something to eat .

We stayed here in June as a large family of 7 adults and 3 toddlers and 1 baby. The hotel and rooms are very clean and all our rooms had great views of the beach and blue sea. The food was nice with plenty of options and the entertainment was good with great shows. The beach is paradise and cool beach bar. The staff was polite and kind, the drinks were quite strong for AI, we would definitely return as a family.

Ignore the negative comment.we have had a lovely time from the start . Reception was welcoming and explained everything rooms were clean and views were amazing. Food was varied with something for everyone. Would suggest to go early rather than later though as it does get busy . The resort itself was closing for the winter but there was enough to do if you want a relaxing time away. Loads of walking trails, trip to mahon only 2.60 euro is a great day out . Thank you to all the staff for making our break a memorable one.

Nice hotel . Nice & clean . Beautiful spot on the beach. Room as basic but fantastic views . 10th floor ,room 3018 . Only down fall was the food wasn’t as hot as could be , but we still had meals . The island was having problems with flys . Wasn’t hotels fault . Pool area was fab . Walk through gate & your on the beach . Beach bar very good . Staff were very helpful & friendly. Cleaners were excellent. Would I return, definitely.

Hotel is great, seconds from the beach and nearly every room has a sea view, maids do a superb job with room service and you get a website where you can order pretty much whatever you need right to your room. Food is beautiful pretty much same thing minus a little change here and there but with so many options you can still have a different meal every day and don't have to try make 10 small portions to taste everything before it all changes again. The entertainment is the best every night there's a great show, if its wet outside there's an indoor stage. Pool is also great

Spent 5 nights here with partner and daughter - hotel is in an amazing location right on the beach. When arriving we were upgraded to a sea view and the view was absolutely beautiful! I would say the room is very basic - it is a huge hotel with two separate buildings so can understand why this wouldn’t be priority to upgrade but a kettle and working fridge would have been nice. Wasn’t at all noisy except for a couple of mornings where could hear next door but other then that lovely and quiet. The staff were phenomenal - particularly the kids club staff who were fantastic. My daughter went several. My daughter went several times and they do a lot of different activities with them to make it so enjoyable. There was also a lot going on through out the day such as yoga, water polo and Zumba in the swimming pool which was a lot of fun and the instructor was great!! The breakfast wasn’t the best but lunch and dinner was fine quite a lot of selection especially if you enjoy fresh sea food. There was also a snack bar open through out the day however was always covered in flies which was frustrating. It would have been nice to have the drinks in a glass- it’s a recycled system where they are in plastic like coffee cups. Hotel entertainment was fantastic ! One night they offered a Disney show which was just like being at Disney land and there is a different show every night as well as kids disco which was great!! Only reason I did not score 5 stars was because I feel the rooms did not get a thorough clean everyday which as previously said would probably be because there is so so many of them but would have been nice. Also the pool is meant to open at 11 which I already find a bit late anyway but the pool guy didn’t open it until half an hour after that sometimes as was faffing around. An amazing family holiday thank you !
