there was nothing unique at this hotel. Very average state of the room. Very small terras, very tiny bathroom. Walls needs to be repainted, furniture doors hanging. Not enough storage room and the entrance door that should be a fire retention door but the light comes through at the edges??? Oh i almost forgot. The window of the bathroom looks at the terras of the room next door? Lack of privacy. they can look to you when taking a shower. The service is average to. Beach towel can not be changed every day but Personel was very friendly.

Another lovely stay at this friendly and relaxing hotel. Beds super comfy. Views from our sea view rooms amazing. Brilliant extensive and fresh choice at breakfast. Ate at the on site restaurant several nights during our holiday and the food and choice was lovely. Restaurant has lovely views over the bay. The staff are friendly, cheery and attentive. Pool area (just a few steps behind the main building we stayed in) is clean and inviting with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas during our stay. Lovely beach with safe paddling and swimming across the road. All in all another great holiday at this perfectly situated hotel.

The hotel is mainly lovely and our room had a fantastic view over the port however room could have been bigger and a proper wardrobe would have been good - hotel corridors upstairs are a bit tired looking. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety and lovely freshly cut vegetables led food. The pool area is up the street as bit - it was very quiet and relaxing with nice Mountain View’s.

Qué trato tan extraordinario hemos recibido de todo el personal de este coqueto, agradable y bien situado hotel. Porto Sóller es un rincón magnífico y tranquilo de la Sierra de Tramuntana (patrimonio universal), con unos pueblos reconocidos cómo los más bonitos de España y si ya te alojas en este hotel la experiencia es incomparable. GABRIEL eres un fenómeno!!!! Capitaneas, cómo nadie, un equipazo de profesionales. GRACIAS una y mil veces por toda la atención que hemos recibido para que nuestras vacaciones fueran fabulosas. REGRESAR SERÁ FANTÁSTICO!!!🥰

Air con went off first day in all building it took 4 days to fix Rooms shabby Shower useless We changed our own beds and got towels from trolly Handle fell off patio door and was never repaired LOCATION is great but after that forget it Have stayed before but wouldn’t stay again Four star prices 2 star hotel

Positives: Great location Friendly staff Breakfast was good, although no better than other 3/4 star hotels we’ve stayed at Negatives: Definitely not four star Bedrooms and bathrooms really require refurbishing or at least redecorating Pool area situated away from the hotel - uninspiring, no shade, no umbrellas

Just got back from Fergus , hotel is excellent location right in the beach which we loved, unfortunately our room 4th floor had no air con we where there for 3 days and it was a hard 3 days of no sleep out of the hotel controls , tbh the hotel compensated us and also gave us fans and free bottle of bubbly staff where very accommodating especially Gregory , ( youse are lucky to have him there) , done everything he could to make it comfortable for us but it was a hard 3 nights , room was ok beds great , jacuzzi a bonuses ( but mind you we did pay over £1k for it) balcony I would have liked bigger but view made up for it hotel is dated tbh but it blends in with location which was fab absolutely loved soller unspoiled beautiful place will be back !! unsure if it will be this hotel though !
