The location is great. The facilities are tired and basic, but sufficient. However, it was difficult to get attention at the reception desk to ask anything, we gave up most of the time and the staff seemed quite surly, even when we arrived on the first day. The bathroom door did not shut or lock. We mentioned that the lock to the patio door was broken and was told they would get someone to have a look. I asked again the following day as we slept another night with the patio lock broken and they said it would take a long time to fix as it was a big job, I didn't realise this meant it wouldn't be fixed at all during our stay, so the security of our room was a concern as it could easily be accessed from other areas. I would say the hotel guests are not their priority.

We loved our stay here. Right on the seafront with everything on your doorstep. The price is affordable and so great to see a family run hotel. Juan was so helpful and lovely making us feel veery welcome. He also sent to is to all the good eateries! The facilities are not swanky but they are super clean and comfortable with everything you need. Highly recommend.

Absolutely avoid at all costs! We were charged twice for our meal, and the waitress was rude, abrupt, and made us feel very uncomfortable (likely same waitress as described in previous review). When we noticed the overcharge immediately, the staff were not helpful or apologetic at all and simply said they had processed a refund. However, no refund ever arrived. We returned to the restaurant to check, only to be turned away and told the refund would take a couple of days to appear in our bank. When we asked to speak to the manager, we were dismissed and fobbed off. Needless to say, the refund never came through. Like a previous reviewer mentioned, it really feels like this place takes advantage of tourists and acts with ill intentions. The staff are unapologetically rude and unprofessional. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this place at all costs - they operate like crooks!

Alejandro Bermudez 1/5 10 minutes ago on Google We were charged more than the prices listed on the menu, and when we pointed this out, they simply said "the price is what we say it is." The waitress was unprofessional, struggled to take the order properly, and served the coffee incorrectly (we asked for cold milk and got it hot). On top of being overpriced, they tried to overcharge us (4.50 € for a horchata instead of the 3.90 € shown on the menu). When it was time to pay, the person in charge — very rude and mean looking woman — made a disrespectful comment under her breath ("madre mía lo que hay que ver," meaning "my goodness, what we have to put up with"), showing total disregard for customers. It really feels like they take advantage of tourists or anyone not paying close attention. In short: bad service, rude staff and abusive pricing.

Good property, excellent location & friendly staff Very good property in the heart of Port de Sóller. Comfortable rooms, although small but adequate. Extra pillows would be recommended and no water, so buy a few bottles. Efficient check in and a reasonable breakfast. Would defo stay again.

Lovely location Great hotel in am ideal location right on the sea front. Although i booked the cheapest budget room I got a double with a sea view. Nothing to complain about. It was clean and tidy and I was impressed with what I got for the money I paid.

Stayed for two nights had a room on the third floor with a Mountain View from the balcony. Roadside parking within the blue bays is free during the winter (from 1 November). Our room was a reasonable size with a big bathroom and good water pressure in the shower. Room had air con and there was free Wi-Fi at the hotel. The property opens straight onto the esplanade with the marina to the right and a small beach to the left. There are plenty of restaurants along the waterfront although as we were there late in the season many closed early in the evening.

Excellent cocktails. Great service very friendly checked back that drinks were good with us. Good prices for the quality. Highly recommended. Went several times during our holiday. Lovely location looks out over the sea. Have heaters and throws if needed
