Their commitment to crafting lifelong memories was clear. Every employee provided exceptional service, but special recognition is due to Toro’s brilliant team with remarkable creations, like the Mercado Margarita and short rib taco appetizers, perfectly showcasing the restaurant’s “elevated but approachable, contemporary, and global expression of Latin cooking without borders”. And while the resort's website promises a discreet, personalized, anticipatory butler service tailored to guest preferences, our butler, Carlos, exceeded those expectations. From the moment we arrived, Carlos created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, establishing a meaningful emotional connection with the property and its surroundings. He effortlessly made us feel at home, meticulously managed details of our stay (restaurant reservations onsite or off, printing boarding passes, etc.)--even on his day off--right down to not only having our favourite coffee delivered daily at our preferred time, but to thoughtfully providing two additional “to-go” cups on the morning of our early departure. It was difficult to say goodbye.
