Hotel Pratham

Nice place to stay.Good reception staff, well mannered, House keeping was excellent. Rooms are good.Has got a lounge for parties, good food.

My wife and I stayed in Hotel Pratham, Solapur for 2 nights from 27th to 29th February 2024. Centrally located close to Saat Rasta junction, the hotel is easily reachable. The access is elegant with an expansive parking area that can accommodate 10 cars. The lobby has a nice waiting lounge. Mr. Shafi at the front office was very helpful with the checking-in process. The room was quite spacious and the bathroom clean. The AC was super effective despite a scorching Sun outside. The well-appointed room had an office desk, a large 43" LED TV , a glass-topped coffee table, coffee-maker ***** with ingredients for self-serviced tea & coffee. The mini-fridge was very effective which I don't find in most of the hotels at this price-point. The king sized-bed had a cushioned bench at the foot which was very useful for keeping the luggage. Mobile charging-points on both sides of the head-board proved to be very useful. One suggestion - the wardrobe in the room had only one clothes-hanger. Better quality hangers and more in quantity may be provided in the wardrobe. Late in the night, we called up the front office and asked for extra pillows. They were provided within 2 minutes flat. The restaurant and the Bar, I understand, run by a third-party in the basement has a good ambience. The buffet breakfast, though not exquisite, was good enough. The attached garden restaurant was cool and refreshing in the evening. We had an enjoyable stay at Hotel Pratham. I wish them all the best. Keep the service up.

Hotel staff is not at all good in communication , I today travel 500 kms and reach hotel , at last moment reception staff told the room is not available as you had not done any advance booking , told me it is sold out . They were rude and not at all helpful , Worst service and management team , They did not carry luggage while reaching , Bad experience , Totally disappointment ...

I enjoyed my stay at this property. Excellent food and courteous Staff , hygienic bathroom, living space was equally good . The in-house restaurant Buzz serves a delicious platter for breakfast at a nominal cost ,managed by Jitesh and the team quite professionally. The property is centrally located and easy to reach

Great Service and extraordinary clean and the rooms are with AC. It was a great stay - me and my family fully recommend. Breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly. Will definitely come back. Greetings from Germany

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in late midnight at like 1:30am. We got to hotel super late and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well....I am also a hotelier ... great service that will suit the best hospitality .... Special thanks to MR.AZIZ SHAIKH.
