Hotel Vikrant Palace

Worst and unclean hotel with no provision for breakfast and food, parking, bathroom was in horrible condition, bedsheets were not changed. I have lot of photographs of all the above points. Uncleaned rooms. Lift was not working and is not working since last 2 months and ac rooms are given on 4th floor with no service of luggage. Worst hotel. They take advantage of people since it's non refundable room. Plz make a policy that if room is not suitable then 100% cancellation charges to be returned back. The reception uncle was arrogant in answers. Room intercom was not provided.

Terrible experience, lift not working, old building under renovation, no light in bathroom, tv was not working, shifted from another took 6 hrs fix,

I recently stayed at hotel vikrant palace and was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. Unfortunately, i found a cockroach in my room, which was a major concern for me. Furthermore, the room hadn't been properly cleaned, with visible dust and dirt on the surfaces. I hope the hotel takes necessary steps to improve their housekeeping standards and ensure a pest-free environment for their guests. Until then, i would think twice before returning.

Please clean the rooms before check-in time. You have to improve or cleaning process in rooms. So it will be not difficult to the guest.

Dark room with unhygienic bed and blanket. Poor sanitation in bathroom. Water supply interrupted. The entire room was dust clad. Not worth the price. The surroundings were cluttered. Wouldn't recommend.

This is a very badly managed hotel. The rooms are quite shabby. I paid But, it is not even worth ₹500. The room is big. But, maintenance is terrible.

Very bad room condition , and someone open the room when we are not there. not good don’t book not for family not for frnds I am not suggesting this
