Rinjani Beach Eco Resort

L’endroit est magnifique et très calme idéal pour se reposer le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Concernant le bungalow c’est original tout en bambou seul bémol pas pratique avec des valises il porte bien son nom à l’entrée (Backpacker)et la salle de bain n’est pas pratique du tout il y a des escaliers ensuite on se retrouve dans un trou avec un lavabo, une douchette et les toilettes qui ont fait leur temps et qui mérite d’être refait à neuf ainsi qu’une mauvaise odeur qui sortait des toilettes. Manque aussi d’éclairage le long du chemin à partir de la route il faut prévoir une lampe torche. Sinon nous avons tout de même passé un bon séjour

Hotel totalmente desaconsejable por varios motivos. El mantenimiento se abandonó hace tiempo y tanto las cabañas como el resto de las instalaciones están decadentes. La limpieza muy deficiente, tuvimos que solicitar limpieza adicional en el baño antes de ocupar las habitaciones, con una respuesta mal airada del personal. No tiene aire acondicionado. Los enchufes están viejos y un estado que comienza a ser peligroso. La ubicación es incómoda, alejada de cualquier centro de actividad., lo que implica quedarse en el hotel, pero este no invita a ello por su estado decadente. En las fotografías aparece una piscina junto a la playa con un bar de piscina. Cuando se ve la realidad se comprueba que la piscina no se cuida y el bar hace años que no se utiliza. Las palmeras junto a la piscina, que podrían ser un bonito detalle ambiental, no tienen mantenimiento y se caen las ramas. Literalmente yo reibí una golpe de una rama de palmera que se me cayó encima mientras estaba en una tumbona de la piscina. El personal es claramente insuficiente y desmotivado. Todo lo consultan por teléfono a un jefe distante que decide sin estar presente. La gestión de las reservas la realizan a través de imágenes intercambiadas con él por whatsapp. En nuestro caso no habían recibido una de nuestras reservas y pretendían que la volvieramos a pagar. Como puntos positivos, un hermosa y casi salvaje playa y una comida de calidad aceptable.

A good resort is all about location and service . The location is on the beach and the view is extraordinary The staff is extremely friendly. From the resort you can reach everything on lombok you want but most of the time you will need transport. The staff arranges everything for you ( scooter, taxi,boat) . We stayed for 11 nights in de beachfront bungalow and enjoyed it a lot. The sea is only 20 meters away and the swimming pool 10 meters. Breakfast is simple but ok and the menu is good. At walking distance we found several very good local restaurants . The prices of the bungalows are reasonable. Its not the cheapest place to stay but on the other hand you will get a beautiful spot with nice service. We didn't miss the airco. The fans and nets did their work. There are a few things to improve. Please make it possible to pay by creditcard. I had to go 7 times to the atm and it cost me 35 euro only to withdraw enough cash. A water boiler and a little fridge , at least in the more expensive rooms would be nice .

The resort: so charming! Small, so it’s just a few steps away from the pool (just cold enough to be refreshing!) , the beach or the restaurant. The restaurant: the cook is amazing! Go for local specialties, poke bowl or freshly caught fish. Drinks are also on point! The room/villa: I had the red one, which is the ocean view bungalow. No AC, but you can ask for a second fan if you’re too hot. The mosquitoes are out only if it rained, but I only saw one or 2 in the 4 days I was there. Everything you need is in there. You can nap with the sound of the waves… Things to do: there’s a lot to do and you can ask reception but I did a day trip to the Gili islands with Ary, we went snorkelling (amazing!) and saw lots of turtles. Ary is great company! The staff is great and you feel welcome. Would definitely go back!

A truly special little resort with a great team. My most memorable days in Indonesia were spent here. I was lucky enough to stay in a bungalow with an unobstructed view of the sea. As I was the only person there on my first day, I effectively had my own private beach... The resort is perfectly positioned to explore the nearby Gili Islands and the north coast. It's clear that the pandemic and 2018 earthquake have taken the wind out of Lombok's tourism industry sails, but I'm sure the island and this resort will regain their popularity very soon. I advise you to get over there and seek this resort out quickly, before it becomes the next Bali!

Ein wunderbar ruhiger Ort, wunderschön und sauber, direkt am Strand gelegen. Ich hatte einen großen Bungalow, der sehr schön mit Bambusmöbeln eingerichtet ist und ein geräumiges Bad hat. Tolles Frühstück inklusive und gute Essensauswahl. Sehr gutes und freundliches Personal, insbesondere Andi, der gut englisch spricht, sehr aufmerksam ist und jeden Sonderwunsch erfüllt! Man kann Ausflüge direkt buchen - der Schnorcheltrip zu den Gilis mit Ary war toll! Vielen Dank für die traumhaft schöne Zeit bei Euch!
