The hotel is located at the crossroads of two major boulevards, a little further from the city center. If you want to use public transport, there is a bus and tram stop right next to the hotel. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the center by tram. There is a parking space in front of the hotel entrance. The staff is kind and nice. The lobby is good, there are comfortable armchairs to sit on, and they also have a fish tank, which enriches the nice ambiance of the lobby. The hotel has an elevator to the rooms, and you can also use the stairs. The rooms are large and excellent, and the bed is comfortable to sleep on. The room has a TV, mini fridge, mirror, wardrobe, air conditioner and armchair. There is no terrace, but I didn't need it either. There is an additional charge of BGN 15 per person for breakfast and it is really worth it. The food is delicious and there is a large selection. Although the bathroom is big enough, I still did not like that the shower area is not separated by a small wall at the bottom so that the water does not spill all over the bathroom. The tiles are smooth and you can easily slip after showering, so you have to be very careful.

We stayed at the Art Simona hotel for 3 nights when visiting Bulgaria. The hotel is about a 10min tram ride from the centre of Sofia. The rooms and decor are very colourful - some with bright paints and some with graffiti. If you want a calm beige hotel room this hotel is not for you. The rooms were clean and also included a fridge. It was quite hot during our stay and the staff informed us the air conditioning is not turned on until July time so we struggled with the 28’c heat in May! The hotel is very clean and the bathroom was ok, good water pressure. We tried the continental breakfast that was good, and dined in the restaurant one evening and the food was lovely. The restaurant is very quiet and more guests should eat there - a little hidden gem. All the staff in the hotel were friendly and gave us good recommendations for where to visit and how to travel around - the reception staff spoke English well. Took 1 star off the review as we used the laundry service and it was very expensive - would recommend going to a local laundry service instead. Overall a good stay, would stay again.

It's 30 mins drive from airport and 10 mins to go to city center. Unique painting all over the places. The gentleman at reception was very friendly and helpful. The refrigerator didn't work at all. The air con didn't work so well, it was more than 20 degrees so I had to open the window, then I heard several dogs barking from same place at mid night for few nights in a row. The worst thing was they offered very poor quality pillows. Those were super thin and couldn't hardly support the neck. I was sleeping on those pillows for 4 nights. I had neck pain ever since I came back, I felt painful on shoulders and arms too, it was impossible to turn my head around, it remains stiff and painful for 3 days now! Strongly suggest this hotel to replace all the low pillows with strong and supportive pillows as option for people who can't sleep well without them.

Hotel in po' fuori mano ma assolutamente comodo perché passano tanti bus. La mia stanza pulitissima, bagnoschiuma presente ma shampoo no. Asciugamano pulitissimi e tanti, coperte e lenzuola pulite, pavimento pulito e camera ordinata. La colazione non era inclusa ma prendevo il caffè ogni mattina e devo dire che era molto buono. La hall è accogliente e pulita, tutto l'hotel era riscaldato, si aveva caldo, si stava bene. Le scale e ascensore puliti. Vicino l'hotel ci sta un supermarket molto molto comodo e super fornito. Ci siamo trovati benissimo,lo consiglio

Estive nesse hotel a trabalho, está um pouco bem localizado , porém o que deixa o hotel negativo é a simpatia do serviço do restaurante, a qual não presta um bom serviço ao seus hóspedes estrangeiros , não me sentir confortável como cliente , parecia que era uma obrigação em ser atendida. As pessoas do restaurante sempre mal humorada . Precisa ter um pouco me mais empatia com os hóspedes , serviço de qualidade ao atendimento ao cliente muito abaixo da média.. melhore o tratamento com os hóspedes eles são importante pra vocês!

Sayfadaki odayla alakası yok, banyoda perde var. Duş yaptığınızda her yer su içinde kalıyor. Yeri çok sapa. Çok eski ve bakımsız. Biz beğenmedik. Bulgaristan da taksiler farklı tarife uyguluyor ve binerken size söylemiyor, sekiz avroya gittiğiniz yere kırk beş avroya gidebilirsiniz.

Hotel moderno e carino. Zona un po’ fuori mano. Abbastanza pulito. Un punto a favore il materasso: ottimo. Ma puzza di fogna dal bagno, niente shampoo/bagnoschiuma. Colazione? Zero dolci solo qualcosa di salato; una scelta molto limitata e di bassa qualità.

Acordei cheia de picadas de inseto, não sei se eram bed bugs. O quarto é escuro, a iluminação é ruim, há apenas uma lâmpada fraca em uma parede do quarto (não é no teto no meio do quarto como deveria), não sendo possível ler, trabalhar ou estudar depois que anoitece. Localização ruim, longe do centro e dos pontos principais da cidade, não há absolutamente nada perto, nem mesmo lugares para comer. A funcionária da recepção foi muito simpática e tentou ajudar. Internet fraca, não funciona direito no quarto. Definitivamente não vale o preço que custa.

Ottimo hotel per rapporto qualità prezzo, camere ampie, comode, silenziose e pulite. La posizione non è centralissima, dista all'incirca 2 km o più dal centro e la fermata più vicina della metro (konstantin velichkov) è ad 1 km dall'hotel. Il modo più veloce per arrivare in città è il tram 22 da prendere davanti la seconda stazione di servizio al lato dell'hotel. Personale cortese e gentile, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno e ci hanno garantito la camera molto prima dell'orario del check in. Avevamo la colazione compresa nel prezzo della prenotazione tuttavia all'ultimo momento ci è stato detto che il ristorante chiudeva per natale, cosa che ci ha creato qualche disagio. Tuttavia per rimediare all'inconveniente ci è stato fatto un upgrade in una camera migliore ed è stato detratto il costo della colazione dal prezzo finale. Un vero peccato perché abbiamo provato il ristorante prima che chiudesse sia a pranzo che a cena ed i piatti erano davvero ottimi, sia primi che pizza. Si mangia molto molto bene e a costi contenuti. Una nota di merito a Boris che ci ha intrattenuti per tutta la serata che abbiamo passato al ristorante. In generale consiglio questo hotel.
