The picture we saw on the trip.com were different than the room. Trip.com calls it apartment or hotel, but it was neither apartment nor Hotel. In the picture it shows dinning table and chairs and kitchen with sink, but it did not have any of these. We were there only 7 hours.
We were completely disappointed with *********** and Trip.com in Sofia Bulgeria.

clean environment, the location is quite strategic due to its proximity to public transport, but if you want to go on foot it is not far from the centre.
The check-in is very convenient and practical because it is self-service but if you need anything you can call the hotel number and they will answer you immediately, so perfect!
