"We rented a Deluxe Superior room with a view of the garden and immediately noticed the smell of sewage in the room. There are radiators in the room but they do not heat at all. There is an air conditioner in the room but it does not work. We went to the reception and said that we froze the first night, it got cold outside and there is no heating in the room. We did not want to freeze the second night, especially since we have a small child. In the end, they brought a radiator to heat the room. Deluxe? I was just shocked. The description says buffet, but there is none! At all. There are set breakfasts for 450 rubles, which is oatmeal, egg and tea."
