"I chose a hotel with a bath, I wanted to warm up. Martha was the only one to meet my request. The bathroom is small but I'm not big, so it's a match;) The territory is enriched, up to sea minutes 6 to supermarket Cross of minutes 10. Nearby dining and shopping rows. There is an exit from the room to the common balcony, there is a nice sitting with a cup of tea. There is a teapot and a microwave on the floor. The room is warm (visit in February). The only minus - noisy, though not season, but people are many, they drink and communicate loudly, sound isolation is not very good, opposite the balconies of another hotel, but for short accommodation is suitable. Thank you!"

"This was our second stay, from May 2-4, 2025, with a family of three. We really liked the hotel's location: a three-minute walk from the train station and a leisurely five-minute walk to the seaport. Despite its location in the busiest part of Sochi (Navaginskaya Street), the room was always quiet and peaceful, as the windows overlooked the courtyard. The hotel was clean and cozy; the room had everything we needed, even a kitchen! Our 17-year-old daughter slept in a sofa bed that folded out easily. Towels were changed and housekeeping was provided daily. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay! We are very happy and will come again!"

"We stayed at this hotel for just one night. Our impressions were very positive. The price-quality ratio was excellent. We had a comfortable room on the third floor, quite spacious and very clean. It had recently been renovated. The room included a mini-fridge, microwave, and washing machine (very convenient). The bed was very comfortable, with crisp white linens. There's a ski storage room on the ground floor. The stove works perfectly, drying even the wettest ski boots overnight. You can order food from the restaurant to your room at a reasonable price. The hotel grounds are pleasant. The sauna is currently under renovation, but you can use the Arcadia Hotel spa."
