Номер одноместный+ на двоих с завтраком обошелся почти 5тысяч. Заявленного холодильника в номере нет, зубную щетку и фен могут предоставить если попросить на ресепшен. В номере тепло, но ужасный туалет. Около кровати на тумбочке вместе с чистым полотенцем для тела лежало грязное полотенце для ног-не приятно. Завтрак хороший. Но за завтраком за пустым столом на стуле висела оставленная сумка, не маленькая, сказали девушке работнице-ответила что может быть кто-то за ней вернется, отношение странное и к тому кто оставил сумку и к остальным-ведь что в сумке не известно. Конкретно в этот номер больше не вернемся точно, в отель думаю тоже, соотношение цена и качество не оправдали ожидания.

Отель центральный, построенный в СССР. Сейчас реконструируется, т.е. до 3 этажа номера обновлены. Мы жили на 3 и 4 этажах. На 3 этаже уже все отремонтировано, заменена сантехника; на 4 этаже еще все по-старому. Туалетный набор докладывали ежедневно, мусор выносили, но не убирались. Нам и не надо было, мы не мусорили. Завтраки отличные: шведский стол, не уступающий отелям на морях; многообразная еда и напитки. Все понравилось. Рекомендую к проживанию туристам и командировочным.

Визит в СмоленскОтель начался с того, что администратор не нашел нашу бронь, которую я сделала на сайте и которую мне подтвердили письмом на электронную почту. Общение было очень резким, пока не пришли к тому, что это оплошность со стороны отеля. Благо, номер для нас нашелся, и на тот срок, как мы планировали. Но такой прием был очень неприятен. В последующем, в период пребывания в гостинице - к обслуживанию особых претензий не имеется. Главное достоинство отеля - это его расположение! На мой взгляд, самое удобное в сравнении с аналогичными. В самом центре исторической части и в шаговой доступности от достопримечательностей. Есть парковка, но она не принадлежит отелю, она платная, но плата какая-то умеренная. Все остальное - так себе. Обстановка большей частью в стиле СССР. Номерной фонд частично обновлен. У нас в номере не было кондиционера, хотя, судя по проводке, он предполагался, не было чайника, но был холодильник. Всё очень простенько. Завтраки скудноваты и каждый день практически одинаковые, но голодными мы не уходили, всё вполне терпимо - блюда из яиц, сосиски, каши, овощи, колбаса, сыр, печенье. Нет кофемашины, кофе можно взять в вендинговом аппарате в холле гостиницы. Мы ходили в соседний Coffee Like, на площади Ленина, они с утра уже работают. Постояльцам отеля приятный бонус - скидка в близлежащих кафе и магазине сувениров.

Это тихий ужас! Жалею, что не сфотографировала, останавливались на одну ночь. Цена приличная для регионов. Номер - «привет из СССР». Я такого ужаса уже давно не видела. Приехали вечером поздновато. Отель большой. Ни бара работающего, короче ничего. Завтрак на тройку. Больше здесь не остановлюсь ни за что!

Останавливались в данном отеле в командировке на два дня ( скажу сразу, что два дня мы конечно не выдержали). Внешне отель неплохой, внутри тоже вроде, но вот в номерах жуть. Холодно безумно, кондиционер на обогрев не работает, да и вообще не работает. Ванна размера что не развернуться, в ванной комнате также очень холодно. Стиль отеля конечно советский и если бы там было хотя бы тепло, было бы неплохо. Цена за сутки завышена: 3700 за такое, по моему слишком. Мы переночевали и сняли квартиру студию (фото прилагаю), которая стоила при гораздо лучших условиях проживания 3000 за сутки. Из плюсов: персонал вежливый, старательный Расположение удобное, в центре города

Выбирали больше из расположения, находится в самом центре. Номер достаточно скромный, но мы отдыхали с друзьями, поэтому приходили только спать. Нормальные завтраки, с голода не дадут умереть. Со звукоизоляцией показалось все нормально или попались тихие соседи.

Попал в этот отель когда был в командировке в ноябре 2021 года. Внешне отель выглядит неплохо, но ровно до того момента как попадаешь в номер. Видно, что отель создан ещё при СССР, но на том уровне и остался. Перечислю все минусы: 1. Номер маленький. 2. Холодно, очень плохо отапливается номер. 3. Кроме холодильника ничего из бытовой технике нет. 4. Ванна, это что-то, размер 2*2, в душе струйка ничем не похожая на напор. Горячая вода еле тёплая. Вместо душевой кабинки, угол закрытый шторкой. 5. Завтрак-просто ужас, жалкое подобие шведского стола. Выбор еды скудный и не вкусный. Итог: отвратительный отель за неадекватные деньги. Был в этом году в другом отеле 4*, так там все удобства и он немного дешевле. Никому не советую здесь останавливаться, в городе большой выбор мест намного лучше и дешевле.
