Check in was relaxed and friendly, the room was exactly as needed for our short stay and was clean and tidy. The hotels location is great, just a short walk from loads of great bars and restaurants. Would happily stay again.

It was an epic stay! Good service, nice staff. There were some minor issues like the bathtub pluge broke on us and the wifi was slow but considering the price we paid, it was all worth it. This is a good hotel to stay at:)

I booked this hotel in August 2024. It was pre paid, and confirmed on my end, unfortunately when we arrived at the hotel in Dec 2024, the front desk staff said that we do not have a confirmed reservation.
They collected a cash amount to us to be able to let us in the room. They don't accept card and they have asked us to withdraw money from outside, and it was night time already and we do not know the place.
We reported it to Trip.com. They were very helpful.
We stayed there for 3 nights, and they asked us to pay the total amount of the 3 nights stay, and then eventually Trip.com

The service was weak. The rooms don’t have kettle to make coffee or tea. Their pool wasn’t something you wish to use. The crew was nice.

This is the worst hotel ever
I stayed 2 days in this January 2024 there was no hot water I asked at reception to change the room on first day and my request was ignored .I had to shower with cold water. It was freezing and there is no towels supplied and the phone was out of service and also the shower door is broken 😕.
I'll never give to this hotel even 1star
This kind of hotel its totally uncomfortable
IT was insulting and disgusting I never stayed in a hotel like this in my whole life .
Also first thing in the morning even on Saturday morning there was drilling on top of my head no consideration whatsoever for residents.It was worth a penny.

Excellent location in Silema. However house keeping come between 8-9am which is quite early when you're on holiday! It is a bit noisy as well.
