The hotel is in a great part of the city center. The staff are supper nice and great. Best place to stay in Skopje. My review of this hotel is prompted by the exceptional confort of their beds. I inquired about the matress type, and was informed that they use NETAM matresses. #sleep #comfort#Matress#NETAM

Price / Quality not worthy Appena arrivato, mi hanno dato una camera numero 106 che non era possibile aprire il mio baule all’interno della camera. Era cosi piccoli che forse una camera con un letto singolo era più adatto. Siccome albergo si trova in una zona con locali notturni, per chi viaggia in auto, non é sempre facile trovare il parcheggio. Poi nonostante nessuno mi ha chiesto come volessi nominare la fattura, hanno sbagliato il mio nome e ora mi informano che é impossibile cambiare nominativo una volta emessa la fattura. Ora; capisco che é una rottura di scatole cambiare la fattura o cancellarla per fare una nuova, ma dirmi che impossibile no eh! Una presa in giro!

We booked this hotel asking for a parking space to be reserved. When we arrived, although the whole area was completely full of cars, even parked irregularly, we found our parking space right in front of the hotel reserved with a bollard marked for us. The staff was very kind and happy to provide us with information and suggestions about the city. The room, not large, was in excellent condition and adequate for the needs of a couple. Good quality buffet breakfast with several options and good location with excellent places to eat very close to the hotel. Excellent value for money. If we return to Skopje we will definitely choose this hotel again

Perfect 1st time visit What a gem of a hotel . Staff are very friendly and helpful. a Lovely alley of bars and restaurants just around the corner and close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. Very clean and comfortable rooms and a very good breakfast selection

The hotel went over and above to help me with a problem - I highly recommend this hotel if you come to visit lovely Skopje. Although this hotel looks a bit utilitarian from the outside, inside, it offers a warm welcome, very clean rooms and good quality of room amenities / bathroom products etc. I was travelling on my own, and when I had a small logistics problem they went entirely over and above to help me. I was really impressed - the kind of service and customer care you would expect from a top 5* hotel.

This is a small but breezily efficient and welcoming hotel in the city centre - and, as its name suggests, right across the street from the sprawling and rather wonderful city park. The rooms are small and a bit of a squeeze but newly redecorated and well equipped. They lack a desk and chair but there is plenty of space in the lobby and two dining areas to sit and work: many others are doing the same. The food is excellent, with a wide breakfast choice which appears to change daily (with a wider selection when the hotel is busiest, which makes sense). There is the option of full/half board with a good choice of set menu, but the a la carte menu choice is even wider. Food is freshly cooked and of a very high standard. Best of all, the staff are friendly and always ready to help, whether with local information or installing a local SIM card. I was worried that 8 days in a small city hotel would wear me down, but not a bit of it: I really enjoyed my stay at the City Park and would choose to come back in a heartbeat.

This hotel is ok for a short stay but I was surprised by the such positive reviews. The location is very good and the communal areas felt nice and modern but the room itself (Junior Suite) was very basic and dated, definitely not as nice as it looked in the pictures, and not especially clean. We found the service on reception to be unfriendly at times too. Overall a bit of a disappointment and felt overpriced at MKD 7,000 per night.
