Harbour Hotel

This is not a hotel. Itsa free for all hostel surrounded by druggies outside and kids running around. Not like photos on here, they are using a few units down for pics. No staff no reception. Vomit all over place, dirty sheets and wall mounts hanging off . Generally most dirty place ever seen . No reception or staff to raise issue. Owners didn't respond then refused refund as "had no call or messages ".. lol GET SHUT DOWN

Not worth the money! Positives Good view,clean and comfortable bed Negatives Couldn’t use the shower as it was very dirty and rusty. Toilet basin dirty, broken towel rail and toilet roll holder. No plug for the sink. Mix and match crockery. No hair dryer no mirror in the bathroom

This hotel is awful. We booked and stayed with friends, both rooms were filthy! The mattress had blood stains and black ‘bits’ all over it, the quilt had a brown stain. The showers were unusable due to black mould all over shower walls and open drain with stagnant water in. Toilets were not secure to walls, no cold running water in one room. Local people of ill repute/addiction in and out of hotel. No staff onsite or facilities. Do not book here, unclean and unsafe. All other customers trying to complain to no avail.

It was cheap so didn’t expect t too much. Keypad entry , walked in and the place stunk of green. Keypad to room. ( no reception) Small room but bed was vey cost I must say. Shower terrible. Ventured out and back by 9. 11 pm a group of about 8 young people showed up , shouted the house down for 20 mins then went back out. 3pm , same again. 3;30 another group below me same. Had to endure one “ man” beating up his pregnant wife, she left with others and he spent the next 2 hrs waking the whole place up on the phone apologising . Place needs some kind of security , the price creates the clienetell. Terrible place

It was dirty .smell of sewage from the sink.floor boards all creeked.for what we paid for 4 nights was £202.if I was on 4 in a bed I would have paid £50 and that's generous. The neighbours was in and out all night banging and slamming doors the 24 hour phone number given was never answered.

Definitely not worth the money they charged. £144 for 2 nights, room only. Room size very small, not adequate for 3 adults. Struggked for storage. Decor very poor, paint work grubby, bathroom door just like undercoat not paint. Curtains dreadful, struggle to close them, far too long, so caused a trip hazard. Entry by code, for front door, and to access room key. Think non guests had code to get in. I kept room key on me, instead of lock box, as I felt code was too accessible. Location very good, and if money was invested in the property, and run properly as a guest house, it could be a lovely place. Unfortunately got a very long way to go.
