At first this looks like a very nice apartment, managed well. After our stay we were unfortunately surprised by not getting our deposit completely back. At arrival the iron supplied looked burned and there were holes in the cover of the ironing board. A new iron was quickly there, but after not even completely heated up I burned this iron immediately. The reason was the cover: which sticked to the iron, with my brand new shirt in between. Ruined. SitgesGroup now charges me €25 for a new cover. I find this insane, as their equipment wasn’t up to the task and the aftercare in handling this is even more ridiculous. My shirt? They don’t seem to care. So I have to advice you not to stay here. Let’s be fair: the location is great, couldn’t be better. Close to restaurants and the beach. The apartment looks great, but the used materials are cheap and a bit worn down. The walls are paper thin: despite the usual street noise (always in Sitges), you can hear your neighbors talk, hear every word. Something seems to be off with the air vents as they transfer every sound. Normally I wouldn’t be too worried about this, as I just sleep there and be out for the rest of my time. But after such surprises, I have to be honest. Cleanliness is my last suggestion to improve: dust everywhere and the shower wasn’t too clean either. Furniture is damaged.
