This is a studio is a gem. There is 600 square feet of comfort. Queen size bed sleeps 2 and there is a Futon that can sleep 2 more. Sleeps 2 comfortable, but can sleep 4. The kitchen is fully equipped, full bathroom with a tub. There is wifi and a large screen TV for all the comforts of home. The Studio is located at the end of road, so very little traffic. This is a charming older home located in a central downtown neighborhood. It is a short walk to restaurants and shopping and is also close to outdoor mountain activities. You will find there is plenty of space to stretch out and unwind. We have blazing fast internet so you can work from home and stream all you want! This is not included as one of the bedrooms but can be use for an office or playroom for kids. It can also be used as a separate sleeping area. There is parking on the street or in the alley behind the house.Other things to noteThe house is located close to an elementary school. During the school year, the street out front gets busy during morning drop off and afternoon pick up. The train tracks are somewhat close to the house and the train can be heard, as it can from almost everywhere in town.Trash pick up is Wednesday morning so please have your trash out by Tuesday night. Someone will come by to bring it to the curb but if it is not out by Wednesday morning please put it out.Dogs up to 30 pounds with a limit of two are allowed for a $25 fee per pet per stay.
