I don't feel like my voice is heard by the Hotel management. Basic amenities like wardrobe, room mirror, Wi-Fi, fridge, bed side carpet, tea/coffee set etc are missing in the rooms. I approached Hotel staff multiple time however no resolution provided to me.

A sub standard resort the pictures that you see of the rooms in Agoda or any other hotel booking sites are not real. The rooms are below average. I did a direct booking and the management asked me to pay 50% advance for 2 nights stay. At the time of check-in they asked me to make full payment. After a long drive of 5-6 hrs I requested them to let me see the room and then will make payment. The moment I entered the room it was a devastating impression. It looked to me like a lodge and not a resort room. My family was unhappy with the first impression and the overall ambience. I had no other choice since I already paid 50% advance. Immediately we started searching another resort since it was a weekend and last minute booking had to pay extra to get another room booked in a descent resort. For triple occupancy the extra bed was a convertible sofa that was put on floor. I have attached pictures of the room its pathetic. Dirty pillows, curtain rod tilted and rod ending before the window ends. Seepage on walls and bed sheets not clean. Ceiling lights not working and bathroom unhygienic.

Dear Achal Resort Management, I am writing this feedback with utter disappointment and disgust after my recent stay at your resort on 22nd July. The experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share the atrocious conditions and appalling service we endured during our stay. First and foremost, the service provided at your resort was abysmal. It seemed like the staff was completely indifferent to the guests' needs and lacked even the basic understanding of hospitality. We were a group of 8 people, hoping for a pleasant getaway, but instead, we were met with sheer incompetence and indifference. The glasses provided to us were disgustingly dirty, making us question the hygiene standards at your establishment. It's beyond comprehension how you could serve beverages in such unhygienic conditions. This lack of attention to cleanliness reflects a complete disregard for the health and well-being of your guests. To add to our misery, we were informed upon arrival that the restaurant's tandoor was closed, leaving us with no other option but to order only Chinese food. This lack of variety in the menu was extremely disappointing and inexcusable for a supposedly upscale resort like yours. It's astonishing how you can be so negligent about providing a diverse culinary experience to your patrons. Moreover, the slow service we encountered throughout our stay was infuriating. Whether it was the restaurant or any other service, it seemed like time had come to a standstill at Achal Resort. Our requests and orders were met with considerable delays, leaving us famished and frustrated. What was even more shocking was the complete lack of cooperation from the management. We tried to voice our concerns and dissatisfaction, but it was evident that nobody cared about our grievances. The apathy displayed by the staff and the owner, Mr. Rajesh Shrimali, was appalling, to say the least. It is evident that customer satisfaction and feedback mean nothing to the management, and this lack of accountability is utterly unacceptable. In conclusion, I must say that our stay at Achal Resort was a colossal waste of time, money, and effort. The subpar service, unclean glasses, limited food options, slow service, and the management's indifference have left a lasting negative impression on us. It is my sincere hope that you take this feedback seriously and work towards a radical improvement in your resort's services and customer care. However, based on our experience, I doubt any positive change will occur, as it seems that the owner, Mr. Rajesh Shrimali, is more interested in collecting money than offering a pleasant stay to his guests. Until significant changes are made, I will make sure to share my horrendous experience with as many people as possible, so they are forewarned and avoid the misery that is Achal Resort.

stayed 3 nights in Apr 22, in a AC room. if possible book weekdays as weekends prices double or more! You will also avoid the crowds! +ves 1. Nice lawned garden and view of the hills, to enjoy meals and possibly drinks 2. Nice sized rooms and bathroom was also big, with modern fittings 3. Very quite area if you want to get away from the noise or the crowds 4. Generally very clean 5 Free and plentiful overnight car parking 6. Room had mini fridge and also bottle of mineral water was supplied which was a nice touch -ves 1. No balconies in any of the tooms !! was bit surprised as it would have been nice to sit out and enjoy sunset and few drinks 2.Resturant - although very reasonable in price, would not fire up the tandore , so could not have nan bread or tikka paneer etc during our stay - people staying on meal plan watch out as I did not fancy tawa roti's on vacation. apart from tea at breakfast , we drove to the lake for out meals. 3. Also restaurant is pure vegetation and does not serve eggs either 4. Location , very isolated so unless you have a bike or a car, will be difficult to get to other restaurants, best ones are around the lake , about 8 kms or 30 mins drive away. Also swiggy and Zomato do not deliver here . No drinks/wine shops nearby so best to buy them on the way. up. also not rickshas or buses . Would not recommend this hotel for youngsters as it would be too quite and isolated 5. Also hotel does not have lifts , so look to book ground floor rooms if you have difficulty with mobility. If you like to feed monkeys , get snacks and bananas before you enter Mount abu - ( you can see these on the road side early morning ( around 8am ) or early evening ( around 5pm) when it is cooler) . Also note , everything from any of the shops in Mount Abu is 5 to 10 rupees more expensive than MRP per item , so stock up before you arrive in Mount Abu!
