Amazingly convenient hotel if you arrive or departure from Heathrow T4. We walked through the covered gallery straight from the terminal with the airport trolley right to our 4th floor.
The room was clean, had beds for all the family members. Which was great value for money.
Good early breakfast suited us very well as we travelled from Asia and woke up early.
Good windows don’t let any airports noise inside, we slept very well.
All in all recommend this hotel.
I enjoyed the stay at this hotel especially after 14-hour flight. My arrival time was 10 something at night and the check in process was prompt. The breakfast was good, food variety was good. One important thing is that the concierge staff in the morning shift was helpful. He helped to deal with my late check out request after checking my membership no. Thank you the people I met in this hotel.

I rarely give a negative response however the rooms promoted by the hotel have no bearing on the actual room. I booked a standard double room and was disappointed with it. Marks all over the walls, stains on the carpet and the bed just about fitted with very little space either side, the furniture was very dated, overall for a supposedly double room which should have been a single.. The only positive was the tiny double bed was at least comfortable but had there been two of us it would have been a nightmare.
Overall very disappointed and believe me I have stayed in some very dated hotels and accommodations in the past. Definitely not a 4 or even 3 star hotel.
Would I stay again? A definite no!
The first hotel stay in England after 25 years and didn’t disappoint. Despite the very short stay (< 8 hours), I could see the full service and adequate facilities for travellers. The bed and pillow were very comfortable, and I particularly liked the bathing soap because of its smell. The room was clean, and spacious enough for me to organise my luggage and move around. Will definitely visit again if I’ve got a chance.
When I checked in, the male receptionist could have made more effort and time to explain things to me in more detail because there was no one to be served at reception. I had to ask questions to get more details such as confirming check out time. The room was good, it had a work desk, bathroom, shower and a single bed, perfect for a solo traveller and a window with curtains. Unfortunately there was a blood spot on the bed sheet, they should have thrown that out instead of reusing it. Location is good for catching buses to get to places and to the BP to get groceries from M&S. You can hear the planes in the morning from 5:30am onwards and people in the corridor. I noticed there was always an Indian man/customer sitting on a chair outside of my room speaking on his mobile which was annoying. The chairs and table outside my hotel room should be removed. The price is affordable for what you get.
Spacious bedroom & very clean & well-maintained bathroom. I’m staying in premium inn plus for the 1st & last day of my UK trip. Very satisfied & very easy to take bus 105&111 to T2, without the need to use airport shuttle (cost 6-7 pounds) and bus fee with credit card is only 2.5 pounds. Great service at Thyme too & reception at restaurant is excellent!
Great stay for four adults in the double double-room, there was a separator in the middle of the room so a bit of privacy was provided. Complementary cocktails were a nice perk too. Cool view of planes landing at Heathrow
The hotel was clean and looked quite new. The bed was comfortable and well-maintained. The receptionist was helpful and provided useful information about the early bus and taxi schedules. The location was a bit farther than we expected—you’ll need to take a bus from the main terminal to get there. Thankfully, the staff at the bus terminal were very helpful and made the process easier.
Great location for flight the next day and clean. But the only elevator to T4 walking path was broken and they couldn’t be bothered to put a sign at the bottom. (Even after mentioning it to the workers)
3 pm check-in, it is quite late in the day, but you can check your bags.
Nothing really in the area so I would never base my travels from here.
Food was expensive and mediocre.

Great
JJessicaOur flight is cancelled in the midnight so we had to stay near the airport for an extra day. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Room is spacious and the breakfast is good. However unlike other IHG hotels, they do not provide bottled water, toothbrush and slippers complimentarily to customers, you have to bring your own.
GGuest UserStayed one night. Room was clean and bed was huge. Swim, steam room, and sauna in the morning were great, too.
Positives: complimentary water, helpful staff, and nice smelling shower gel, plus the above.
Hoppa bus from outside the hotel was helpful.
Negatives: Room service menu is rubbish for vegans and there's a £7 charge to bring food to your door. I opted to collect it, but it took twice as long to prep as they said, and they won't buzz your room to let you know when it's ready.
My rainhead shower looked better than it was (plus there were a few hairs that definitely weren't mine), and one of the bedside lamps wasn't working. No biscuits felt a bit mean!
It was one night. It was fine. But they say they go over and above, and this was pleasantly average, not exceptional.
GGuest UserThis is the second time I’ve stayed at the Radisson Red in the past month due to flying from Heathrow. It is also the second time that checking in was chaotic, with the self check in computers not working and this not being resolved with increased or quicker staff. Moreover, the staff have a habit of not making eye contact with you, not acknowledging you, not really managing the chaos or reassuring properly. In the end, I waited in a queue for around half an hour to check in. People are naturally tired when they get to an airport hotel- the staff need to show some awareness of that. Then in the morning, I asked when the next shuttle to heathrow was and was informed, 2 minutes. I waited for 25 minutes and no bus. I went back to reception to ask what was going on and was told ‘it’s heathrow that run the bus, not us.’ It was yet more unhelpful at tidied and an unwillingness to be at all accountable.
