We got an upgrade which was lovely. Nice room. The only downside is the parking situation.. we arrived late with our car and could not find a park within the hotel car park...

Perfect location to the airport - £8 taxi to terminal 2. Very clean room. Room facilities ideal for a short stay. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast ok get down before 6:30am to make sure you get a good table. Plenty os selection for breakfast food. I would stay again at the hotel. If asked I would recommend the hotel to my friends.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Radisson Red in the past month due to flying from Heathrow. It is also the second time that checking in was chaotic, with the self check in computers not working and this not being resolved with increased or quicker staff. Moreover, the staff have a habit of not making eye contact with you, not acknowledging you, not really managing the chaos or reassuring properly. In the end, I waited in a queue for around half an hour to check in. People are naturally tired when they get to an airport hotel- the staff need to show some awareness of that. Then in the morning, I asked when the next shuttle to heathrow was and was informed, 2 minutes. I waited for 25 minutes and no bus. I went back to reception to ask what was going on and was told ‘it’s heathrow that run the bus, not us.’ It was yet more unhelpful at tidied and an unwillingness to be at all accountable.

When I check in,I pay the breakfast fee at the reception desk.But when I went to eat breakfast,the staff says he couldn’t find, let me wait long time.I booked a taxi after breakfast,waste my time and I can’t ate breakfast very good. I’m so angry

After a 15 hour flight, the Radisson Red hotel was the perfect place to relax. The rooms were large and the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. We enjoyed the classy decor and the yummy selection at breakfast too!

Modern and spacious room, with comfy beds and a delicious breakfast. Even though it’s only a 5 minute drive from the airport, we couldn’t hear any traffic noise.

空調很吵不制熱,前台半天沒人接電話,水壺是壞的,一個小時送不過來。全球住了很多Radisson,這個應該最差了

房間相比倫敦市區的酒店還是比較大的,離客運大樓2和3都很近,7分鐘左右的車程,需要乘公共交通或酒店機場大巴才能到達。

酒店離T2隻有2公里,客運大樓出來直接到停車場,10#公交站,所有bus都在這個站,選擇酒店對應的車乘坐(不同線路循環停靠) 不知道是晚了還是什麼原因,我們一邊等出租一邊等bus,最後還是坐上了出租車,3分鐘就到了
