The room I got smelled like cigarette smoke and the vanity did not look clean at all when I entered my room.

The hotel’s front desk staff was pleasant, funny and efficient. The hotel offers a breakfast that satisfies sugar junkies but also some scrambled eggs and of course coffee. It is is in close proximity to the highway and also to grocery stores and restaurants. The room is comfortable, but not close to a spa. The hotel is dated.

Road work in the area makes it a bit tricky to get to the hotel. Not the best area. There are restaurants. A bit dated & tired interiors.
Definitely take time to see the falls

Always enjoy staying here when I go to Sioux Falls. Which I go 2-3 times a year!!! Great breakfast with BACON!!!! Love the people there I have made friends there and I would not want to stay anywhere else. Has a nice pool and hot tub.

Waited 15 minutes trying to wake up the desk attendant that was asleep in the lobby. He never apologized or even said hello or welcomed me in any way. There were kids literally running around until late in the night and nobody did anything. The pillows were only half sized and were hard as rocks!!

Dave at the front desk is so welcoming and he seems to care about the place, not just a job. There were many other people traveling with their dogs too which made it fun having that interaction. Breakfast had more selection than most. Nice being on first floor, very walkable.

The staff and the cleanliness is where they shine. Staff is absolutely amazing and very personable. My most welcomed stay I’ve had at a hotel. Felt like a true guest
