The public rooms and the bedrooms are beautifully furnished and decorated with style and attention to detail. We arrived soaked having walked from Azoia in heavy rain, but were given a warm welcome with excellent tea. Definitely recommended.

Beautiful B&B and location. Recently updated with traditional feel but modern amenities. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Loved the sitting room. Breakfast offered lots of nice options and fresh coffee. I’d stay here again if I come back to the area.

What a beautifully curated interior this hotel has! A very special ambiance has been created by Vitorino through a delightful mixing of classical and modern design influences, suffused with a sense of calm well-being. We had a most comfortable stay here. Vitorino's attention to detail did not stop at the furnishings - daily freshly prepared breakfast treats were another stand-out feature. Vila Vitorino got our vote for best Portuguese custard tart of the holiday too. Thank you very much for looking after us so well! Our dinner recommendations from this hotel are Otto's (across the road) where we had tasty freshly cooked pizza, pasta and some regional dishes and Colheita 71 (about a 15 minute walk away). This latter proved to be one of the best dining experiences of our week-long stay in the region, with wonderful regional dishes and a particularly kind hostess who was able to help with some dietary requirements under fairly short notice.

The B&B might look beautiful but the customer service was awful. I was threatened and discriminated against by the owner after posting a negative review via email and on other websites. You might not be seeing any negative comments because he forces people to take them down. Please see attached details for further details.

What a gem! I cannot find fault with this beautiful vila. We had an excellent stay, and were well looked after by the management. We would have no hesitation in coming back again, the next time we drive up from the Algarve.

My wife and I joined Vitorino for a long weekend to enjoy the seafood and sights around Sintra. We were greeted personally by Vitorino, who is a charming and gracious host. The property has a regal history and has been lovingly restored by Vitorino to its past glory. Every detail was exquisite; the (Estoril) corner room was open and airy, the bathroom was immaculate, and the breakfast with Nana was excellent. Thank you Vitorino for a wonderful stay. We will visit you again soon from Évora!

Excellent accueil. Maison chalet classée, très joliment rénovée. Une decoration baroque, quelques tres beaux tableaux et sculptures qui auraient leur place au musée. Beaucoup de confort, de charme, de douceur. Petit déjeuner tres varié et delicieux. Nous avions la chambre Colares, grande et belle et meme si elle est a l’entrée, tres calme. On parle anglais.

meilleur hôtel de notre séjour et de loin! Un chalet (le plus ancien de Sintra) restauré avec goût par le propriétaire! Des oeuvres d'arts disposées un peu de partout donnent à ce lieu une atmosphère superbe, belle piscine également. Les chambres sont grandes, lumineuses, bien équipées! Le petit-déjeuner superbe, avec quelques petits spécialités maison (surprise)! A recommander sans hésitation.
