Beautiful Castle Hotel make even greater with the use of good quality products within the room. A fantastic stay which included the private use of wellness facilities (has to be reserved), drinks in the mini bar and a nespresso machine.

We were only there for one night as were on our way back to the UK and wished we had known how good this place is so we could have stayed for longer. The atmosphere is stunning (make sure you stay in the main house), the staff are accommodating, friendly and professional and the food in the restaurant is simply amazing. We have eaten in some very well known places over the years but this rates close to the top, we ate in the restaurant and had the tasting menu with wines which was outstanding and very good value for the quality.

Very beautiful castle-hotel, inside and out! My husband organized a stay here as a birthday surprise. It was magical, the interior is so beautiful, couldn’t stop taking photos:) the staff of the hotel is very attentive. There is a small private sauna and hammam which you can enjoy for one hour. Unfortunately there is no pool. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices for warm dishes. All in all our stay was magical.

What a place. We stayed just one night before departing from Charleroi, but was enough to understand the highest standard of staying at Kasteel Van Ordingen and so reasonably priced for the experience. We were cuddled by the kind staff since the phone call we made for the reservation literally the same day of arrival. Our accomodation was a wonderful family room in the top of the castle, apart from a steep stair to reach the third floor, everything was wonderfully comfortable, the breakfast (a bit costly tbh) was very good, fresh - I personally enjoyed my best scrambled eggs ever - and paired by a glass of champagne as well. Wellness area reserved only for you for one hour was a plus very much appreciated. If we happen to come around, we'll be happy to stay again Kasteel Van Ordingen for sure.

We returned to Kasteel Van Ordingen for our second visit to celebrate our wedding anniversary, exactly one year after our wedding here 😊 and it was nothing short of spectacular. This enchanting castle transports you to a bygone era with its stunning architecture and serene, picturesque location. The grounds are breathtaking, offering a perfect blend of history and natural beauty The cuisine was fantastic —every dish was a masterpiece 😎 From breakfast to dinner, the dining experience felt like a royal feast. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and special throughout our stay. Their warmth and professionalism truly elevated the experience Kasteel Van Ordingen is the perfect place to dive into a past era, whether for a romantic getaway or a unique escape

Very nice location, near St-Truiden. Beautiful rooms and suites with all modern comfort and a great star restaurant in an historic setting. The domain is very well kept and staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the nice gentleman at the reception and the sommelier and ladies in Aurum. I also like to come with my mother who really enjoys the wonderful setting, like in a princess movie.

From the minute we walked through the door until our departure was magical. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated. Dinner at Aurum was amazing and highly recommended. Our stay was special and magical!
