Comfortable stay, not the best location but an easy enough walk to the city centre. Good value for money

Overall, it is a good place to stay. However, if you are coming from the bus station and carrying heavy luggage, I would recommend getting a taxi.

Good location 10 min walk from the main plaza. Great cleaning Staff not really friendly No fridge or water in the room No hanger for towel in the bathroom but room quite big btw Good public service close by

Only the location is great. Needs a lot of improvement! A hotel situated in the city need to alteast provide a kettle and complementery tea or coffee for the guest which even cheap hotels provide! Maybe need to change the shower as well, if you are not careful its so slippery! Was not worth it for the price!

The shower was a bath with a handheld shower head which wasn’t the best.

The location is quite nice with tram right in front of the hotel. The hotel is tidy and quite spacious.

The location is debatable. Very close to the tram and Train Station. But as a neighborhood, it is a bad, scary and unsafe neighborhood. The neighborhood where Noord Station is located is just awful, but it can be nice if you get over the trauma and return to the hotel before late at night. The remaining opportunities of the hotel were ideal and the night could be spent comfortably.

The room is very clean, near the Botanic Garden, MRT station, tram, convenient transportation, the staff is also friendly.

Amenities: 0. There is no fitness center, even though it says there is one. There are nice staff members.

Very warm welcome at reception despite the late hour. Clean and comfortable room.

It is an 18-minute walk from the North Station and Brussels Grand Place. We arrived quite late, around 22 o'clock, and there was no place to eat around. The place we went to later was near the main square, where there were many people and many restaurants to eat.
