服務：房間很乾凈，吹風機壞了，聯繫客服馬上就安排送了一個新的。
設施：房間配有咖啡機，是膠囊咖啡，直接放進咖啡機就能喝上。空調是在床邊自調的，有一説一可能是南方人不太適應，調到三十度才覺得沒那麼冷哈哈哈哈
環境：酒店B3層可直達Novena地鐵站，還有一些美食店和Doki超市（是一個日本超市，裏面的便當、壽司都不錯）
衞生：住了三晚，可以自行選擇是否需要客房清潔服務，如果需要出門的時候把免打擾關掉打開客房清潔就可以了

酒店位置很方便，酒店直接下電梯到B3就可以到地鐵站。樓下有餐廳、商場、超市。房間中規中矩，但是不知道是什麼裝置，半夜和凌晨一直響，很大聲音。最後還是找酒店修理好一點。不過還是有聲音。不知道是所有房間都有這樣的問題還是僅僅我住的這一間有問題。整體還算不錯。

Quite dissatisfied, the air conditioning in the whole hotel is quite noisy (we found out the source of the noise), so if you want to sleep peacefully at night, you need to turn off the air conditioning! But the room is poorly soundproofed and the sound of air conditioners in other rooms can be heard! In addition, the hotel front desk staff were very enthusiastic, but the staff who were invited to repair and investigate the source of the noise treated us very perfunctorily (it felt a bit discriminatory against Chinese people), like cold violence.
