Lokasi hotel bagus, mudah untuk masuk dan keluar, tetapi bangunan baru sedang dibangun, dan proyeknya terlalu berisik

Ada microwave dan mesin cuci di akomodasi, jadi ini adalah tempat yang bagus untuk tinggal satu orang dalam waktu lama. Hanya saja jendelanya diblokir, jadi saat memasak, asapnya tidak keluar dan baunya tidak keluar. Ada mart dan restoran terdekat, jadi nyaman.

Due to its location to the construction site across the street from the apartment, this place is incredibly noisy. The noise pollution is a mix of loud repetitive banging (construction related) and haphazard noise emanating from the construction site. I used a sound meter and measured the noise level in my room to exceed 70db. The warning of "Please note that construction work is going on nearby from 8:30am to 5pm and some rooms may be affected by noise" on the listing does not accurately forewarn of just how great of a disturbance it is. It was impossible to relax in the room, even on the weekend where construction activities are still conducted. Also the construction runs into the evening, to 8pm and sometimes later. Both the apartment and *********** refused to refund the unused portion of my stay despite my submission of videos and evidence, I wanted to find a more suitable place where I could work from the room and relax in it on the weekend. I don't recommend this place if you want to stay in the room for prolonged periods of time to work/relax.

Staying at the Greatwood Residence at Devonshire in Singapore was a truly wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations in every way. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff who made check-in a breeze, setting the tone for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location of the residence is superb, nestled in a peaceful area yet conveniently close to the vibrant Orchard Road, providing easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities that catered to all my needs. I particularly appreciated the fully-equipped kitchenette, which allowed me to prepare my own meals, adding a homely touch to my stay.

Another cancellation by the Hotel!! Shocking experience. The Hotel took my payment, kept booking for over a week ago and hours before the checkin they cancelled. We have no refund and standing on the streets of Singapore searching for a place to stay. This Hotel is shocking, greedy and unethical in their behaviour.

I had a decently nice big room. The location is good, you are about 7-10 mins walking from the MRT and bus stop. There are a few restaurants and a small hawker center close by. Also has a fair price for grocery shopping. The room was clean. There was some washing detergent in the room which is helpful. I did not use the microwave or the pan so can't say anything about that. There is no light switch next to the bed which means you have to go to the entrance to put the lights off at night. The plug point is on the floor and a little away from the bed, only a few days later did I realize that there was an extension board in one of the drawers in the cupboard. I had requested for an early check-in and agreed to pay the extra for it, and despite that I was told that the room was not yet available but a few mins later I was given a different room (this could have been done without the need to say no in the first place. Cleaning happens only 2 twice a week so if you ask the cleaner, who by the way speaks only Mandarin to skip the day next cleaning would be a few days later.

Haven't received any answer from this property so I do not feel confident booking a 10 night stay with them if they can't even provide basic customer service prior to my arrival. Not to be trusted and cannot recommend.

Stay clear at all cost. Hotel was cancelled 72 hrs before arrival after paying in full months before. No respect for customers. This should not be allowed to happen. Have spent all day trying to book something else at inflated prices. Told this room was over booked yet it would let me book through a different site for £2000 more than original cost I paid. GREED

If I could give 0 stars I would. After having booking for months and paid in full, cancelled our accommodation with 48 hours notice before arrival date. I believe they probably got a better rate with F1 coming up so left us with no options.
