Booked two cottage rooms for 3 nights stay with family during Deepawali festival week of October 2022. Our choice for this hotel was governed by its location: off highway (SH134), proximity to the market, tourist sites, safe parking space and availability. Pros: Cottage Rooms were reasonably large with attached covered patio space. The beds are king size, provided with clean linen. Bathrooms are also large, clean and have 24 hrs water supply. Hot water geyser was operational. The sleep quality was good due to the low noise of road traffic. The hotel is run by two attendants, one of them (Mr. Prakash) stays there. He is a polite gentleman to serve you at your beck and call. He cooks good food and attends to errand jobs expeditiously to make your stay comfortable. Cons: The property infrastructure is old and poorly maintained. The rooms had a dysfunctional TV and had neither intercom nor air conditioner. Strangely, the washbasin was fitted outside the bathroom in the bedroom. Inadequate provisioning of power plugs for recharging mobile. The room lighting was primitively fitted with led bulbs -glaringly annoying. Breakfast, water bottle and meals are not included in the room rent - pay extra for everything else. To sum up, don't stay longer than a day considering the poor maintenance and facilities. The cost of staying in this hotel is high or not reasonable.
