Ambiance and service impeccable. Grounds and rooms well kept. Shout out to the professional but warm service received by the staff. We are frequent travelers. When I say they were hospitable. This was hospitality at its best. You knew they were around without invading your space. Front desk: Nyell, Trinity & Adrienne. Dining: Renesha Rollan (our photographer), Bar tender: Eric and the entire team at the front entrance 11.06 through 11.10. During our stay, throughout the Morgan Resort, the staff were continuously smiling, checking in and willing to give directions. We celebrated my husbands birthday and the food at SALT was excellent. My husband chose the grilled Octopus as his appetizer. He truly enjoyed it. THANKS CHEF. We even received nods of acknowledgment or welcoming smiles from staff you walked by. The grounds offered a swim pool and different seating areas for your leisure. Oh! Oh !Oh! the band on Wednesday night- Emilio and Andres (I think). What song birds. The resort is nicely located. We had lunch at the Sandbar next door. We were walking distance from a supermarket where I grabbed European chocolate snacks and there is the observation deck to see the infamous plane descent if you preferred not to be blasted with sand from the beach view points

We enjoyed our stay. The food and waiters were great especially Louisina and Gabriella (5-star service). When we needed help with issues with the TV the staff was attentive and very quick to repair. The only item we would say needs addressing is the music which was 3 nights of our stay. The entertainment was right under our window and was too loud. We suggest ending the sound by 9 pm as we go to bed early and rise very early. Thank you!
