Bathroom flush not working. Staffs are not cooperative. Food availability poor. Room service very poor

Hotel is situated in the heart of darjeeling. Ait is clean and staff is of good behaviour and cooperative. Approach road is in damaged condition in present.

Surprised to see the service. Unpleasant smell in the room, geyser not working, water not available, bed sheets and pillow cover also not even changed, towel not given, drinking water not also given. One of the worst experience to stay with family. Makemytrip shouldn't encourage like this hotel to others.

Property is located near njp railway station. Rooms where we stayed was old with basic amenities. Staffs were co operative and soft spoken. Food which we ordered from restaurant was cooked fresh. Overall, comfortable if we need to catch early morning train

It is hotel mainly used by travellers as a transit point, specifically when they are reaching njp by shatabdi, or catching howrah bound shatabdi early morning, location wise it is very near to njp railway station, but not 5 mins walk, as written in the description, a pedal rickshaw from stand took nearly 10mins, being an early riser i saw auto etc were parked in front of the hotel anticipating passengers who wish to catch the early morning train

Stay was good. Staff was helpful. The hotel is near new jal paigudi railway station just about 800 mtr away.

Very close to njp railway station and easy to reach. Close to siliguri markets. Take shared auto to reach the market. Rooms were clean. Mosquitoes were there and take precuations.
