Everything was okay, just cleanliness could be improved. The bathroom was not so clean. Breakfast was good. Services were good too.

Hotel is in siliguri and 30 mins away from airport. The room was neat and clean and washroom was nice and clean. Staff was extremely helpful and was available around the clock.

The hotel location is good, there are many malls and food courts nearby and there are many departmental stores as well, wifi is good. I loved the stay.

"staying at this hotel was truly delightful. From the moment i arrived, i was impressed by the exceptional level of service provided. The staff were not only efficient but also incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The attention to detail in every aspect of the service was evident, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the promptness of the room service. The facilities were well-maintained and exceeded my expectations. Overall, i couldn't have asked for a better experience. Excellent buffet breakfast. Nice and cozy rooms at quite a reasonable price. Large parking space. Cordial staffs. Strictly vegetarian hotel but liquor is allowed.

Very nice hotel. Totally veg food. Very nice staff, specially an uncle in the reception area who helps as a bell boy, also helps as a waiter in restaurant. Rooms are very nicely renovated. Food but pricey but tastes good!
