Udaan Clover Hotel Banquet & Spa

I happened to stay at this property on 2nd Jan. My experience is as below and I’ll start with the good first: 1. Food at their restaurant “Grains” is very good even though it’s 100% vegetarian. Special mention to Indira for the fabulous service!! 2. Deluxe room is spacious. Now moving to the bad (yeah…list of good is rather small) 1. Spring mattress is very terrible. Broken pocket/springs that make lying down a very terrible back breaking experience. 2. Toilet is very dimply lit. 3. Wardrobe in room is absolutely bad and very small in size. You can’t possible hang much in there. 4. Wifi is terrible. Max speed that you’ll get is an inconsistent 1Mbps. You be prepared to use your hotspot as the hotel can’t or won’t do anything to fix it. In my case they blamed my laptop and my phone for the terrible speed!! So if you are planning any office work don’t depend on their Wifi. 5. Hotel is on the main road which is very noisy due to traffic. If your room is facing the main road then be prepared for the noise at every hour. Yes…. Night too!! 6. They give 1ltr bottled water per day. Anything more is chargeable!! 7. Chairs, curtains...pretty much everything has food or oil stains and seems have not been cleaned /changed since a long time. 8. There is no space where one you can open a large size luggage so be prepared to keep it on the floor. If you want to speak to the Manager on Duty then that’s not possible as he’s always in a meeting (seems like a very busy ***!!)

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The reception area was clean and welcoming. The staff were efficient and helpful with our check-in and check-out process. Best place to stay in the City.

Absolutely amazing hotel & all staffs are really concious and attentive. They know how to evaluate guest. Specially thanks to arfin / proma and upasana and all housekeeping staffs for their outstanding hospitality. I will visit again here for sure

Nice stay .....we are often a regular guest visiting udaan clover 3 times in a month just because of the behaviour of staff and the lovely gesture and respect towards us.... I really appreciate the management for their service and maintaining good atmosphere for the guest.......

Hello guys this side kabra I have visited Udaan clover on 5th Jan .by looking the below review I thought not to look the hotel but every one knows experience matters So I booked the hotel clover finally Good thing which I liked the most the staff of hotel are up to the mark very helpful and friendly. With the budget the rooms are very good and spacious.ya rooms maintenance required but for us with budget I love the rooms it was neat and clean everything was perfect just perfect I have crazy fan of non vegetarian but my bad luck I have to go for vegetarian, you can't amazing when I had a breakfast I have forgot a non vegetarian for a while guys it's too tasty delicious chuuummmmhaaa. Overall thanks clover lovely experience and well satisfied till end

Worst hotel experience of my life, Hotel’s front desk staff are horridly disrespectful and will accuse you of many horrible things to charge you extra than what you owe.Worst front desk staffs i have ever came across til now . One must not stay here if they don’t want to get accused and disrespected.
