The hotel is new, but the smell is strong. The smell of the new decoration is a bit pungent. The service is good, but there are many restrictions on watching dramas and screencasting (it costs money, and it is the first time to stay). The room is small. Apart from the bed and toilet, there is only a little aisle space. The sink is outside the toilet and it is easy to get the floor wet. The king-sized double bed is wide but a bit short? The key point is that the sound insulation is not good🥲. You can hear people talking or closing the door outside. Even when the neighbor is washing up, you can hear the sound of using the sink. When I booked the hotel, I didn't know if I read the reviews saying that the sound insulation was good, or if it was an issue with the room type.

The booking showed that I had to check out before 2:00. Why couldn't I enter? And my luggage was still in the room. The experience was really bad!

We had a very unpleasant experience, and I gave the hotel a bad review, but after the general manager of the hotel, Fang Gang, learned about the problem, he really solved the problem with sincerity and ability. From beginning to end, he did not ask me to delete the comment, nor did he make too many excuses. What's more amazing is that he did not propose any compensation methods that made me uncomfortable. However, how big is the difference between the room types before and after the upgrade? The right of interpretation lies with the store, right? No store has the courage to fully disclose the configuration of various room types. In short, I feel very uncomfortable seeing the elders in my family being deceived in this way. One bad thing is that we booked 2 rooms, but only one room was ready when we checked in, and the other one was not. It was said that it would be ready in an hour, but since we were going out, we didn't come back to pick up the room until night, and only one room was left.
