AAnonymous UserThe rooms and clean and big but when you try to find the hotel on google map it is showing Hotel JAJA instead of ZAZA. And they should mention the hourly extra payments of the staying in the day when you take consecutive nights.

GGuest UserDisappointing 2nd stay. Room had a nice TV (4K), but the ondol heating was not on when I entered the room. It only became lukewarm later. The electric blanket was broken. I had to sleep wearing a jacket. It was far too cold.

GGuest UserBudget hotel with an old interior. Had a decent-sized HD TV and WIFI (the password is on the router). There was no ondol heating, but the bed did have an electric blanket and there was a space heater. There was a shower (no bathtub).

GGuest UserThe room was very cold until 2am in the morning. At first it was 12 degrees, then 14 degrees. I complained to the front desk and they said they had turned the heating on. By midnight it was 18 degrees and then around 22 degrees when I woke up. I don’t recommend this hotel in winter.

GGuest UserI have stayed here three times. The third time was disappointing. They put me on the third floor next to the front desk. I much preferred the rooms upstairs with more privacy. I was the only one put on the 3rd floor. Why? It felt like a hostel. Also, it was noisy. The people in the room above me were loud until 2am. It was difficult to sleep.
