The hotel is very well located: in front of Sokha beach, almost private beach and with large stretch of sand, as well as about 10-minute walk from the Prince shopping mall. The staff is very nice and friendly. The hotel offers free shuttle bus to market and Otres according to the timetable schedule. Western menu is also available in the hotel restaurants. But, some items should be improved: 1) Lightning: bedroom and bathroom with low lightning, especially in the shower area; 2) As a beach resort, activities and games should be offered, such as ping pong, volleyball, etc; 3) Include hot chocolate in the breakfast without extra charge. I highly recommend the hotel and would stay again.

This is a very nice hotel with great views of the ocean. The beach is beautiful. There is a ****** on the property, and I guess that’s why there’s so much security. They checked my husband with the wand every time he entered and left. No pictures in the lobby and other rules. We stayed during Chinese New Year and there were a lot of kids. We could hear running and yelling beginning at 7am upstairs. It was a bit better after contacting the front desk, but definitely a nuisance. Breakfast was good, but come early because it gets crowded.

The room was fairly spacious and comfortable bed but the bathroom was very smelly. Breakfast was very nice. The beach and pool area were enjoyable.

Hotel just next to pier, a small beach line, where people constantly passes by, amenities not new like on the picture, but a lot of plants around bungalows and friendly staff

I had the pleasure of staying at hotel during the New Year, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The food at the gala dinner was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every palate. The live entertainment and countdown event were spectacular, making it a memorable way to ring in the New Year. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view of the fireworks display at midnight. The thoughtful touches, like a complimentary New Year’s gift and champagne, made us feel truly welcomed. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to local attractions but still peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a festive and luxurious place to celebrate the New Year. I can’t wait to return!

Perfect location on Sok San Beach with magic water to swim right out front. Bioluminescent plankton out the front at night. Very friendly and helpful staff. We are so happy we stayed here for 5 nights with our family. We would return and highly recommend it to other families.

The room is clean and has big space. The outside campus is also large with big parking spaces. Whereas the pool is not so interesting.
