Nice hotel, nice decoration. The food there also great. My room got a nice ocean view too. They have indoor pool and sky bar as well.

We reserved a twin room, which, while clean and boasting a large window with a pleasant view, was somewhat narrow. We then requested a double room, but an upgrade fee was required. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning functioned effectively, and we enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep. However, the bathroom suffered from an unpleasant sewage odor, necessitating the door be kept closed. Breakfast was exceptional, featuring a made-to-order menu ranging from eggs to noodles, accompanied by fresh fruit salad and hot dishes. The quality was superior to other experiences, with excellent service and no evidence of pests. The sunset view and pool were also enjoyable, although the latter was rather cool. In summary, this is a pleasant hotel, and a complimentary upgrade during periods of low occupancy would have been a welcome gesture.

My recent stay at Seascape Palace Hotel left me with mixed feelings. While the hotel itself has its merits, there are significant areas for improvement. Upon arrival, I encountered frustration due to poor English communication skills at the reception desk. This made the check-in process cumbersome and less welcoming than I had hoped for. On a brighter note, the breakfast provided at the hotel was enjoyable, offering a variety of options to start the day off right. However, the surrounding location of the hotel proved to be unsatisfactory. Aside from the convenience of being a mere 2-minute walk to the port, the immediate area lacks charm and amenities.

Good hotel for a stopover on the way to the islands. Clean. Beds are comfortable. Linen and towels are white) Breakfast is good. From the upper floors there is a good view. The area around the hotel, unfortunately, is not very pleasant

New hotel Facilities: New, high quality. Sanitation: Clean, white and soft towels. Comfortable and clean bedding. Environment: The most luxurious hotel near Sihanoukville. The restaurant next door is very affordable. There is a local seaside seafood restaurant a few steps away. Service: The breakfast chef is very skilled. The Western-style boiled eggs are very artistic. The breakfast is rich, combining buffet and a la carte, and it is very enjoyable to look at the harbor.
