We stayed in 2BR/3bath villa with private pool. The villa was STUNNING, spacious, immaculately clean, modern in beachy, airy Greek style. We had a full living room, dining room, kitchen with ice machine, an outdoor dining area, wrap around outdoor living space and 4 lounge chairs. Bathrooms were large and well equipped with great towels, nice robes and slippers. AC was perfect. Beds and pillows were comfy and the sheets exquisite (I am hard to please on beds and pillow!) Ample lighting and gorgeous view of the bay. We even had our own golf cart for use on the property. Gift shop was small and pricey but cute. I bought some jewelry. SERVICE: 5-Star, outstanding. Room service was fast and all requests were responded to and every need met. I requested a yoga mat, which was promptly delivered. Breakfast was very good, smaller variety than some, but good quality. Nice selection of fruits, sweet and savory, fresh OJ and Moet and Chandon. A 5-star touch. Lunch had a limited menu but was good. Pool and beach bar were very nice and not at all crowded. I believe there was also a playground and giant chess board on property. Location: a bit isolated, but down the beach you could walk to a good number of authentic tavernas which were good and inexpensive. There was also a convenience market for drinks, sunscreen, etc. The beach was not great, a bit murky with seaweed, etc, but has sunbeds and is steps from the hotel pool. A few suggestions: Kitchen could be better equipped with glasses, dishes and utensils. Also, the ever-present feral cats in the dining area were bothersome and often aggressive in nature. Perhaps an indoor dining area or better barriers/management would be helpful. Tip for travelers: rent a cart. The location is a bit remote. Would have liked to see more of Sifnos. And maybe order room service for breakfast to avoid the cat fights....
