特別安靜的一個小鎮，著名的滑雪勝地，很多人專門來這個夏天登山冬天滑雪，特別適合來發呆什麼事情都不做，特別好

大家一定要躲開這個奸詐的酒店！我預訂的圖一房間，結果酒店給我的是圖二、三，這個房型是攜程上最低級的房型圖四，酒店硬是讓我付了每晚120瑞郎，住進我本來就應該得到的房型。攜程不錯，把錢退給了我，但酒店就是不承認！另外，這個酒店的大床是兩個小床墊拼湊的，中間非常硌，第一晚他們騙我説沒有任何解決辦法，第二天看我要換酒店，結果又説可以給鋪一個薄的大墊子，然後對第一晚只是抱歉，這個小鎮我住了11年，其它五星級酒店都會主動提供薄床墊，大家要躲避這個**酒店。

Short, but great stay, All the services provided by the hotel staff were very professional, courteous and always with a smile. The view of the mountains from the lougne, the restaurant and the room is exceptional.

Loved the wonderful service from ski valet to all the hotel staff. The attentive service at the beautiful breakfast remembered our coffee order each morning and were so kind. One night we mixed up our dinner reservation and they booked a different restaurant and drove us over. It was an extremely pleasant stay. Super easy to catch the gondola to the mountain 200 meters away.

A good hotel with an excellent service and staff conveniently situated close to he Arnouva ski lift. A very nice swimming pool but a rather poor spa area. The restaurants serve food of good quality but you need to reserve well in advance even as a hotel guest.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My room was on the back side so the view wasn't great. The view on the opposite side is worth the extra money. I was in Crans for a trail race and the staff let me use the spa and shower facilities after I had already check out in the morning. Very kind and I really appreciate it.

A very nice reception, great staff, cute little rooms, wonderful (Japanese) food, fantastic cocktails, and most of all, that view, simply magnificent! Dropped by there in summer, but the coziness in winter exponentiates the feel-good factor ☺️

What makes this hotel special, besides many other things, fist of all are the people. I could give 10 stars for the service, was only possible to choose 5. Edvin, and all staff from reception, wallet and on, were simply amazing. They went above and beyond of customer service, to fulfill all our wishes, accomodate our needs. Our son had to stay in the hotel while we ran the UTMB. He told us, they made him feel special, welcomed and amazingly taken care of. To the hotel managers: please, pass on my utmos gratitude to Edvin and all staff ( wish I could recall their names) They are the heart and soul of the hotel. Be proud of them all. About the hotel, all is amazing, views, rooms, spa, food. We will be back for sure.

You can't go wrong with the Crans Ambassador hotel. A hotel with excellent rooms with breath-taking views on Crans-Montana and the mountains. Service is excellent, great rooms, and wonderful restaurant.

The staff knew who we were, didn’t need to ask twice for anything. Cleaned our room at a special time when my husband was not feeling well. Shuttle driver wished me Happy Birthday

It is a great location for hiking and has excellent hotel facilities, food, spa, fitness, and friendly staff.
