Lotus Blanc Resort provided a fantastic experience from start to finish.
The warm welcome, beautiful landscaping, and comfortable rooms with modern amenities made my stay memorable.
Dining was a highlight, with an excellent breakfast buffet and a standout restaurant.
The serene pool, top-notch spa, and well-equipped fitness center added to the enjoyment.Conveniently located with helpful shuttle services, exploring nearby attractions was easy.
The attentive and friendly staff made the stay even better.
Overall, Lotus Blanc Resort offers luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.
We stayed at the Anantara for four nights and really felt the warmth and sincerity of every staff member. My partner got a fever the day after we arrived in Siem Reap, and the hotel staff helped by buying medicine and even made him a pot of warm ginger tea and porridge . He felt much better the next day. Overall, we were really well taken care of during our four days here.

The hotel is very well maintained. It is well maintained. The front office staff is very enthusiastic and the waiters will greet you proactively. The breakfast variety is a bit limited. The juice is not freshly squeezed, but tastes like cheap sugar water, which is a minus point. But the fruits are good. There are more European and American tourists, and fewer Chinese. The swimming pool feels great, like a resort hotel. I stayed three times in 2016, 2019, and 2024. I will come again.

A perfect little oasis in Siem Reap! The service was incredible, the room and pool area were delightful and the general feeling of being able to switch off there was a highlight. We are already looking at booking return flights to come back soon!
I recently stayed at the Memoire Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, making check-in smooth and easy. The room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
Booking a room for 10 days. I enjoyed to stay in this hotel, staff is very good, friendly, helpful, Room very clean, breakfast good too and a swimming pool for your pleasure. A little bit far from the center of the city, but there is always tuk-tuk waiting a the main entrance. I recommend it.
Hotel breakfast is good. But the room door lock was not working properly. There were technicians came two times to fix the lock but it was not working with the card. At the end we need to use the key manually.
This is the most satisfactory hotel among the 5 hotels I booked during the whole trip. The two service guys at the front desk, Latanai and Zewan, were warm and patient in answering questions. The hygiene was good, but the facilities were a bit old. We were the only guest in the room for two days. The breakfast was a bit monotonous, also because the buffet was not open.
We recently stayed at the Hotel Empress Angkor Resort & Spa in Siem Reap for a 3-night family vacation, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the sheer size of the family suite. The rooms were spacious, giving us ample space to relax and enjoy our time together. In addition to the size, the rooms and the hotel itself were impeccably clean, which made our stay all the more comfortable.
The staff at the hotel truly made our visit memorable. They were incredibly friendly and always eager to assist with any requests we had. It was evident that they went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcome and well taken care of.
One area where the hotel could improve is the breakfast options. The selection was somewhat limited, but the staff was more than willing to accommodate our preferences. When we asked, they were happy to prepare dishes to our liking, which made a significant difference in our overall dining experience.
Overall, our stay at Hotel Empress Angkor Resort & Spa was delightful. The spacious, clean rooms and the excellent service provided by the staff made it a place we would highly recommend to others visiting Angkor Wat.
This hotel has been the best experience of any hotel I’ve stayed at. It started from day one when my flight arrived very early in the morning and I was thinking I’m going to have to sit in the lobby for hours before I can get my room. The receptionist was able to give me a room when I arrived in the morning. I was surprised I have never been allowed to enter a room before 2 PM. Everyone Who works at the hotel has a smile on their face. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I will definitely be staying here again

YYurySuper friendly stuff. Modern new apartments near city center. Great experience!
GGuest User We arrived at Siem Reap Airport. After seeing the airport, we saw a man in black uniform and a pick-up driver with my name. The notice through the ditch is the front desk of the hotel and the hotel has anything for 1 day. The front desk also answered patiently. Thanks to the front desk manager for helping us, in short, to access the communication. In addition, the hotel's overall decoration is very Khmer-style, the lobby, the rooms are all tiled, the rooms are large, the sanitary conditions are good, the breakfast is rich, it is worth staying. Oh, I almost forgot, the hotel has a nice swimming pool. Here, thank you again for their help.
GGuest UserBeautiful place that’s very peaceful while still being close to the tourist areas and attractions. Very helpful and kind staff and had no issues. Rooms are incredibly spacious and the po area was lovely.
QQuzitangfriendly staff always with smile.clean room with nice view of the swimming pool.best hotel I stay in reap.I will choose it as my first choice if I come to visit again.
RRZCharlesHKHigh privacy and quiet, convenient location, not far from the districts. Free breakfast until 12 o'clock, free transportation is available at any time, there is a separate private pool on the roof, suitable for families to play with children, all the supplies and drinks in the room are free. The most important thing is that the boss is called Mike, very enthusiastic. Where you want to experience what activities, ask him directly. When you are not busy, you basically greet and pick up yourself. In addition to the location is not by the street, the sign is not easy to find, the other is very good!
SStchThe owners of the hotel are really lovely, friendly and hospitable. Great service, good price and really well located. Will stay there again if I'm ever in town. Also saw other hotels in Siem Reap which were way more expensive but worse in quality. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserI stayed at The Palmery Hotel for about a week. The room was very spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location is a bit far from the Old Market, but if you take the TUKTUK it is about 5 minutes away. Downloading the Grab app is convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to rest in a calm environment. And the value for money is good.
And the best part is that the staff is very friendly. Every staff member greets you with a smile. Especially, the manager lady is very friendly and willing to discuss your trip with you. It felt more like coming home than coming back to the hotel. It made my trip to Cambodia much more enjoyable and I really appreciate it. I would definitely choose The Palmery Hotel again the next time I come back.
113905156990A very partial manor, self-contained, scattered with ten or twenty sets of two-storey villas, with large intervals between the villas, our family of four lives in one, and outside the window is a wild pond surrounded by old trees, which is very natural and wild. The room has a huge living room, dining room, three or four bathrooms, and four or five bedrooms. It feels empty and lonely for four people living in it, and there is no TV. Breakfast and other meals are delicious, with few varieties and average portions. The price is small and expensive, and ordinary half a catty of beer costs three dollars. The restaurant is in an open pavilion, surrounded by green lawns and seedling fields. Beautiful environment and excellent service.
