It is a solid choice for a comfortable stay! The overall experience was pleasant, with clean and well-maintained rooms and friendly, attentive staff who made sure everything went smoothly.
The amenities were nice, though the pool area could use a little updating to match the rest of the hotel’s charm. That being said, it was still a great spot to relax and unwind.
Everything else—from the service to the atmosphere—was enjoyable and made my stay feel worthwhile. A great option if you’re looking for a reliable and relaxing getaway!
During my recent stay at The Comfort Inn, I was truly impressed by the outstanding service provided by the staff. From the moment I checked in, they were incredibly welcoming and eager to assist with any questions I had. Whether it was providing directions, recommending local attractions, or accommodating special requests, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. Their friendliness and willingness to help made my experience memorable, and I would highly recommend The Comfort Inn for anyone seeking excellent service.

The driver said we had arrived at the hotel, but I didn't realize it yet because the surrounding roads were a bit messy. This entrance is as mini as the Park Hyatt Shenzhen. The lobby feels relatively new, with a Bill design. At first, the hotel gave me a last room, facing the intersection of the road, and the room was just at the corner of the house, which didn't feel very comfortable. I contacted the hotel and immediately helped me change to a room facing the garden and the pool, which felt very good. The wooden furniture in the room is a bit old, but it is still very clean overall, and the plugs and sockets are all the latest. The staff's words are either enthusiastic or very indifferent. The food tastes good and not expensive, but the wine is expensive. The nightfall ceremony is very ceremonial.
Fantastic experience.
Very professional and friendly staff. Very clean, neat and tidy hotel Great and very new bathroom, bed and fittings. We were fortunate enough to receive an upgraded room.
Rooftop pool and bar was beautiful and attractive.
The dining room for a buffet breakfast was spacious, and had a small but comprehensive and delicious menu. Option to sit inside or out.
Convenience store across the road, and 5 minute walk to the main tourist pub/restaurant street.
I booked a 1 day Angkor Wat area tour with a driver, a spacious car and a guide via the reception desk, and the car was very punctual.
If possible, I would stay here again.
Super friendly, helpful, reliable staff. Everything is very new and well maintained. Drinking water is available at any time in refillable glass bottles at reception. The pool is large and beautifully laid out, the gym is equipped with everything you can imagine.
Right next to the complex there is a supermarket, a café/restaurant and a large co-working space. You won't miss anything and we will definitely be back!
The service staff is very nice, and the hotel breakfast fried rice is so delicious. I am really happy to stay here and will recommend it to my friends!
The hair dryer in the room is a bit small, maybe it can be replaced. The shampoo provided can also be improved!
(Picture 1 is the view from the top floor of the hotel, and Picture 2 is the hotel breakfast fried rice, highly recommended)
I recommend this hotel. I've stayed in lots of Siem reap hotels so I feel I know good value. The rooms are really beautiful, big, great mattress and pillows. Quiet air con with a fan and high ceilings. Everything is made of a lovely dark wood. The rooms are quiet, I stayed almost three weeks and never heard my neighbours although I know the rooms were full. Tv has fashion tv and sports channels, international channels. There are power points next to the bed and a dimming light above the bed for night time. Blackout curtains and hot water in the shower and sink for shaving. Also the staff are very friendly and I felt very comfortable, not intrusive but always very positive and I felt good everytime I walk in and out past reception and into the hotel, which is really important to me. Also fridge and the kettle had zero mold, 100% clean!, first hotel I've stayed in where the kettles were clean, like brand new!. So thanks to the reception and cleaning staff for being so friendly. The whole place is really lovely and I'd definitely come back again. Also there's a pool and restaurant upstairs which has amazing views over Siem reap. Thanks for the stay, Kind regards, Matthew.
My stay at this hotel in Siem Reap was delightful, thanks to its convenient location and the exceptional staff. The hotel is ideally situated near the famous temples and local markets, making it the perfect base for exploration. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing valuable insights and assistance that enhanced my experience. They were quick to respond to any requests and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great location combined with outstanding service!
We came here for the first part of our Cambodian holiday. The room is comfortable and the hotel was relatively quiet. I thought their breakfast was amazing and it was included with our stay so please don't miss it. Kimsinh was our main contact there and he was helpful the entire time. He helped organize tickets and dinner reservations. The hotel was undergoing renovations so we did not really enjoy that part of it however, We will look forward to checking out the changes when we come back

BBelieVeeThis hostel was a great introduction to Cambodia! The staff were super friendly and helpful and there were loads of activities going on every night. There is a huge social space which is great for hanging out with friends or working/ digital nomadding. There were also 2 pools for hanging out at during the day. You could basically stay in the hostel and have everything you need if you wanted but it’s also a short walk away from the market and pub street which are both great places to explore. Only downside was the aircon wasn’t so strong. I think they were fixing it though as a workman came in.
GGuest UserWe loved staying at the Urban Hotel! The room was comfortable- the beds were perfect! The bathroom was also lovely. A great shower and nicely decorated. But perhaps the best part of our stay was the friendliness of your staff. They were so accommodating to our every need. We got time to enjoy the pool and we loved our breakfast. We will highly recommend this to any fro mds heading to travel to Siem Reap.
GGuest UserThe reason I can't give it a full 5 is because the shower pressure on the 3rd floor is too weak, and the floor gets dirty quickly when you walk barefoot, and there are no indoor slippers. It's a big deal when you get out of the shower, and the supplies are so old that they need to be replaced. And there's nothing from a TV to a hair dryer, except for an electric kettle. Nevertheless, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast provided individually is delicious and hearty, and I'm especially grateful for the kindness of the owner who looks like Evangeline Lilly, the elf from The Lord of the Rings. The front desk staff who gave me a discount when I didn't show up for a motorcycle company and rented me a bike from another company. The owner who brought me a map and explained the tour course in detail, and recommended an airport bus because the taxi fare was expensive. I booked a taxi and the tour ended early, so I requested to change the taxi payment to the airport bus, but the manager who said that the card cancellation was not accepted and made up for it with a free massage for an hour, and the owner who was cheerful and kind until the end and sent me off. I won't be going to Siem Reap again, but I highly recommend it to backpackers.
GGuest UserOur honeymoon, amazing location & fantastic view. The start off our trip in Siem Reap, was seamless. End to end airport pickup & drop off. Great service, and accommodating to our tour Angkor Wat. The hotel Manager made us feel like family. Highly recommend for future stay. Thank you
UUladzimirThe owner is a scammer. He refused to check us into the hotel according to the reservation we had paid for on trip.com. At the suggestion of a trip.com employee, I paid for the stay at my own expense, while this scammer assured that he had canceled the paid reservation with a refund of my funds and would issue a receipt for payment upon check-out to be presented to trip.com. As a result, when checking out, he refused to provide a receipt, only after a call from an employee did trip.com seem to cancel the previously paid reservation, otherwise they would have received double payment from me. There are also many questions regarding accommodation. You can find a more decent option in the city among normal people.
GGuest UserWe stayed in this hotel as a couple. Very friendly people on reception. No kettle, no fridge, 3verythin is old. But big windows with great view. Pretty far from the center and most of the bars.
MMariasmdThe room was exactly as show on the photos; spacious clean and bright. I could order breakfast to my room which was great. The first day breakfast was 15 minutes late, but luckily I wasn’t heading for the airport or anything. At the time of my stay there were offering 2 choices for breakfast, which were both delicious. The room came fully stocked with snacks as well as al pullover and Jon alcoholic drinks for cheap. Everything was around a dollar to a dollar twenty five. There is no elevator at this hotel. I was on the third floor and only had a carry-on luggage. Staff were pleasant and answered questions patiently.
