Bou Phanith Villa

No hair dryer, no hot water, broken refrigerator. The staff was really kind and friendly. Also the bugs were inside the room.

Good location, close to Pub street, 7-11, restaurants. Tge room was spacious enough with a nice balcony. The pool was clean.

The location is the best thing for the hotel. The staff is kind as well. But the hotel is too old. There are too many insects as well.

Quiet guesthouse, beautiful entrance, balconies and a pool plus super friendly staff. Great location, five minutes walk from anywhere downtown, local restaurants, bar street and vegan restaurant. Great tuk tuk driver to drive you around all the sights in the city. I highly recommend you request Pan Ya to be your driver. Would definitely return. Thank you for everything.

Great service and good room, just bathroom a little lacking. Rest was terrific!

The toilet looks like no guest has to stay for a long week. There are small spiders inside.

Very basic facility. Water from shower ran very slow, like dripping pipe. No hot water neither. Although weather was hot so it didn't matter to take cold shower, if someone expects hot or warm shower, you won't get it. Overall, room is clean and tidy though. With the room charge paid, cannot expect too much. Location not bad, walking distance to pub street. Several restaurants nearby.

Lighting and other utilities are quite old or need to properly renovate.

Great place to stay! It was affordable and clean. The employees there are very nice and welcoming. It is walking distance from pub street and the night market. I think the location is great. It’s near the fun but also a quiet area if you need sleep. The workers helped me hire a driver for a trip to Kulen, which is around a 1.5 hour drive. I had a problem with mosquitos in my room. I suggest getting mosquito repellent. Great value, good location, and nice staff.
