Stayed here for a night because we were locked out of our rental. It was clean and big, it had a pool and basic breakfast. Furnishings are a bit outdated.

Great service (the welcome cold lemongrass tea and cool mint towel when we arrived was a nice touch) at this hotel! Pool is nice and the breakfast was decently good. Only complaint about the room comes down to the shower with extremely low water pressure, which made it hard to wash hair, etc. The staff is very helpful…on our last day they assisted in booking a car for us to Sihanoukville and prepared a pre-made breakfast book as we would leave super early the next morning. I recommend this hotel without hesitation!

First day, I gave my laundry. They said next day afternoon. They were not ready the next day. They said the dryer was broken so all my clothes were wet. This was an outside service that they use. So I asked for my wet clothes or to send it to a different outside service. Every day only large bath towels were provided. No hand towels or small towels. I had to asked for them every day. And they would only give one small towel even though my room was for two adults. The rooms are large, but dirty.. covered in spiders and spiderwebs. The floors are dirty, not cleaned well. For the price, it should have better service and be cleaner. Also, the hot water barely works. Some times doesn’t work. If it does work, it takes at least 15 minutes for the water to get warm. Their guide and booked tour is not good, don’t book through the hotel. You can just book a grab for cheaper. Pool is nice, but doesn’t get a lot of sun and the chairs are dirty.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt im Doppelzimmer mit Blick auf den Pool. Komfortables Bett, gutes Frühstück a la carte, sehr freundliches Personal. Gerne wieder.

Phòng sử dụng máy lạnh cũ không lạnh và tiếng kêu to. Phòng tắm bình thường và tường hơi giống kiểu quân đội. Móc treo đồ cũng ít và đặt nhất là đặt nhầm phòng không có bữa ăn sáng muốn huỷ đặt lại thì không cho. Đồ ăn sáng không đa dạng, không hợp khẩu vị.
