I recently stayed in Riversoul with my family and we loved their service. The people are very tidy and organised and respecting. All the people whom we met in the hotel were super cordial. If you are vegan/vegetarian or do not eat pork/beef then do mention it to them and they will ensure it isnt brought to you. We also availed special spa services for our parents and I personally took a facial. It was super relaxing. They also have tuk tuk and car services for all the tourists that you can take advantage of. They even have a swimming pool which was our relaxation spot. I also loved the minimalist theme they had as decor. You will not be allowed to eat in the room but they provide you with plates to eat inside the room or in the restaurant. I would for sure recommend this amazing stay at Siam Reap.

Excellent hostel that I highly recommend. The beds in the dorms are very big and comfortable. The amenities are super nice and the staff was very service minded. A sidenote is that they couldnt provide bikes when I stayed there but it doesnt really matter since there are a lot of places nearby where bikes can be rented.

I contacted the airport pick-up service in advance, but it was announced that I had to wait for an hour. The room towels and bath towels were not clean, almost every piece had black spots, the slippers were smelly, there was no hair dryer, and the disposable toothbrush was in The super mini toothpaste that came with it, the paste didn't even squeeze out a centimeter, but she could only barely brush it once, and she didn't give the toothbrush set after cleaning the next day, waiting for her to ask for it. The coffee stains on the coffee cup, the broken shower in the shower room, and the floor drain are not working well. I went to the front desk and went back at night to be the same. Hey, maybe there are no tourists, no business, and no employees. Yeah, not so good, won't be going again

I really recommend this hotel. The entire hotel is surrounded by green plants and is very close to nature. It has two swimming pools. They are very clean and the facilities are very new. I must praise their service. All the waiters are warm and friendly. Self-service The breakfast is also a must-have, rich in variety and very delicious. I ordered something different every day after staying for four days😋The price/performance ratio far exceeds the domestic level of 2000+

The hotel is a boutique hotel with more than 20 rooms, all of which are bungalows. The rooms are not big. It should not be the kind of tall feeling that Chinese guests like. It is simple and exquisite, full of Mediterranean style. The garden is trimmed with meticulous and artistic sense. It should be a handwritten from a European gardener. The French breakfast is perfect, the atmosphere is good, the friends at the pool in the afternoon, the family and I enjoyed a Spanish white wine recommended by the waiter, leaving a good memory.

A very partial manor, self-contained, scattered with ten or twenty sets of two-storey villas, with large intervals between the villas, our family of four lives in one, and outside the window is a wild pond surrounded by old trees, which is very natural and wild. The room has a huge living room, dining room, three or four bathrooms, and four or five bedrooms. It feels empty and lonely for four people living in it, and there is no TV. Breakfast and other meals are delicious, with few varieties and average portions. The price is small and expensive, and ordinary half a catty of beer costs three dollars. The restaurant is in an open pavilion, surrounded by green lawns and seedling fields. Beautiful environment and excellent service.

High privacy and quiet, convenient location, not far from the districts. Free breakfast until 12 o'clock, free transportation is available at any time, there is a separate private pool on the roof, suitable for families to play with children, all the supplies and drinks in the room are free. The most important thing is that the boss is called Mike, very enthusiastic. Where you want to experience what activities, ask him directly. Resort had forgotten to send transportation to airport to pick me up regardless of having booked the same two days prior to the arrival. Front desk had compensated the taxi charge. Spa could have been bit more cleaner. Had dinner and breakfast once and would say that it is moderate enough for a remote place. I chose this resort so that I could be away from general traffic noise from the city. This place is good for those who intends to have a traffic free ambience.
