Good hotel overall – clean rooms and friendly service, but a few areas could be improved We had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were well-maintained. The lady who cleaned our room in the mornings was always smiling and very friendly. The pool areas were also spotless – there was a staff member constantly sweeping and keeping everything tidy. Inflatable toys were allowed in the pools, which was a big plus. There were usually no issues with finding sunbeds, except around the main pool where it could be difficult to get one. The beach shuttle was convenient, but it would be better if it ran a bit later during high season – perhaps until 7 PM. A major positive: sunbeds at the beach were free and always available. The man working there was very helpful, always asking how many beds we needed and immediately setting them up for us. Evening entertainment was great, including a kids’ disco. My 10-year-old daughter really enjoyed taking part, which doesn’t often happen in other hotels we’ve stayed at. Now, the reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5: Not all bar staff were friendly or welcoming. The standout was Ilia (evening shift) – always smiling, very helpful, and attentive both to customers and to keeping tables clean. Another man at the pool bar (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) was also very kind. However, some staff struggled with English – for example, when my husband asked for peanuts, he had to use a translator to be understood. As for the food, breakfast was a bit limited – mainly typical English breakfast or cereal. Dinner had the best variety and taste, especially the grilled options. I tried the chicken curry and green curry on different nights, but unfortunately, neither tasted much like curry. The bar near the aqua area closed quite early – it would be better if it stayed open until 6 PM, like in many 3-star hotels. The waterslides also had limited hours (twice a day for 2 hours), which felt a bit short. Another minor issue was the location of the aqua bar – it's outside the main hotel area, and during heavy rain, it was inconvenient to go there As a suggestion, on rainy days it would be nice to offer a warm option like soup in the lobby – it would be a thoughtful gesture for guests who prefer to stay indoors. There weren’t enough power sockets in the lobby or reception area to charge phones before departure. The night soup/snack bar could also stay open a bit longer. Guests arriving at 2–3 AM didn’t have much to eat or drink after a long journey. Only water was available. It would be nice if the hotel provided a cold can of pop or a small snack in the fridge – something refreshing after a 5-hour flight and 1.5-hour transfer. We appreciated being able to extend our room before departure with no issue. However, at 4:30 PM (when we had the room until 5 PM), a staff member entered the room without knocking, just to check if we were still inside. She didn’t say sorry – she simply opened the door, peeked in,
