Sun Club Hotel Side - All Inclusive

Nice famely hotel with a wonderfull garden. Staf is very frendly, rooms are kept clean, food is okay could have some more variation. Animation is done by 3 people who do their best. Sometimes there is profissional animation. First time we had a hotel where the WiFi was working as it should. 2 minor comments, there is very little service at the beach and in the pool the sunbeds are very close together.

It was truly magnificent. As soon as we entered the hotel, we were greeted with great interest. Ms. Dilek, Mr. Tahir and Mr. Huseyin at the front office were very interested, and Ms. Fatma, the General Manager, took care of us in a very sincere manner. We felt very privileged. The hotel was incredibly clean, tidy, everything was as it should be. The food was amazing, very high quality, so are the alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The minibar was full. There is always something to eat every hour of the day. Entertainment team, Jessica(Şefika), Tugi were super entertained. Chief İzzet, Erkan chef's food was great, service personnel Atakan and Hakan were very fast. The location of the hotel is also super, it is both central and very calm, you reach the beach in two steps. It has a private beach, there is food and beverage service to the beach at certain times. Hotel Sun Club Side , to przyjemny hotel. Jednak jeśli ktoś bywał wcześniej w innych Tureckich hotelach , to niestety będzie czuł niedosyt. Tutaj widać mniejsza ilość gwiazdek, podniszczone sprzęty na basenie i w pokóju czy strasznie zagrzybiona klimatyzacja to tylko niektóre z minusów. Ogromnymi plusami są napewno bardzo miła obsługa hotelu oraz jego lokalizacja. Do antycznego Side jest zaledwie 10min spacerkiem urokliwą promenadą pełną sklepów i restauracji. Jedzenia niestety nie mogę pochwalić , przez 10dni menu praktycznie się nie zmieniło, dzień w dzień były dokładnie te same potrawy. Do tego nie wyróżniały się one absolutnie niczym na tle innych hoteli. Mimo wszystko wyjazd uznaje za udany właśnie dzięki obsłudze oraz lokalizacji. Hotel mogę polecić ludziom dla których od imprez , wykwintnej kuchni i nowoczesności ważniejsze jest położenie hotelu , panującą w nim dobra atmosfera oraz spokój jaki w nim panuje.

Nach einem Zimmerwechsel bekamen wir ein schönes, sauberes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool. Das Essen war in Ordnung – es gab zwar Auswahl, aber die Gerichte wiederholten sich ständig. Das Servicepersonal war jedoch durchweg sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein absolutes No-Go war für uns die Lage des hoteleigenen Strands. Entgegen der Beschreibung war dieser nicht nur 90 Meter entfernt, sondern mindestens 350 Meter zu Fuß. Zudem gab es dort keine Toilette! Man musste nochmals etwa 40 Meter weiterlaufen, um eine öffentliche Toilette zu erreichen, die zudem 1 Euro kostete. Auch die Verpflegung am Strand war enttäuschend. Trotz All-Inclusive gab es lediglich Wasser in kleinen Joghurtbechern. Gegen 10:00 Uhr und 15:00 Uhr wurden etwas Kaffee, Tee, Gebäck, belegte Brötchen und Äpfel angeboten – das war’s. Wer gerne ausschläft, hat ebenfalls Pech: Nach 10:00 Uhr gab es kein Frühstück mehr. Mittagessen wurde von 12:20 bis 14:00 Uhr serviert, danach Kaffee und Kuchen von 16:00 bis 17:00 Uhr – was wir allerdings nie mitbekamen, da wir zu dieser Zeit meist am Strand waren. Abendessen gab es erst ab 19:00 bis 21:00 Uhr. Für ein All-Inclusive-Hotel fanden wir das sehr eingeschränkt. Es gab weder Mitternachtssnacks noch inklusive Cocktails. Auch die versprochenen Einrichtungen waren nicht wie beschrieben: Es gab keine Sauna, und der Hamam war für externe Gäste zugänglich, die dort Massagen buchen konnten. Hotelgäste mussten daher rechtzeitig reservieren, um überhaupt 15 Minuten hineinzukommen. Der Fitnessraum bestand aus einem defekten Laufband, einem alten Fahrrad, einem Stepper (alle deutlich veraltet und verrostet!) sowie ein paar Hanteln. Die Animation war aus unserer Sicht unterirdisch – aber immerhin gab es überhaupt ein Unterhaltungsprogramm. Ob das ein Vor- oder Nachteil war, sei dahingestellt.

Pobyt w Sun Club Side był absolutnie niezapomniany! Hotel ma wszystko, czego potrzeba do pełnego relaksu – czyste i przestronne pokoje, pyszne jedzenie i świetną lokalizację blisko plaży. Ale największe wrażenie zrobiła na mnie atmosfera i niesamowita praca animatorów. Ahmed i Emir to prawdziwe serce tego miejsca! Zawsze uśmiechnięci, pełni pozytywnej energii, zarażali wszystkich swoim entuzjazmem. Dzięki nim każdy dzień był pełen śmiechu, zabawy i niezapomnianych wrażeń – od porannych aktywności po wieczorne show. Widać, że wkładają w swoją pracę całe serce i robią to z pasją!!!
