Everything was perfect! Nice location, great food and international drinks, friendly staff (a special thank you to Hava). The room with sea view was beautiful. The evening shows and concerts were great. We liked that we could go to Side by foot. We‘ll be coming back for sure.

Three days in to our holiday and so far everything about the hotel is great From food entertainment and all the hard working staff always on hand to keep us informed and catered fir....special mention to murat at the pool always on hand bringing the drinks

Such a friendly hotel! Nothing is too much trouble. The more mature lady who works in the bistro and creates lovely ice creams is so lovely. Hasan, speedy gonzallis round the pool loves his job and is a fun character. Aerobics lady is lovely too. Reluctant to mention specific people as we could easily miss other worthy staff out. Rooms cleaned to a high standard. The 'ambiance' of the hotel is super, providing relaxation and fun when you need it. Thank you Team Paloma, you truly are a team and trust that you continue to shine brightly!! PS Well done staff round pool area who cleared/cleaned the area after a stormy day!

We have just got back from the Paloma perissia and we have had the most amazing time. Hotel is lovely, people are amazing and the food was incredible. There's a path between the hotel and the beachfront and you can walk for miles Side Marina is a must ...its like Rome crossed with Bicester Village lol Great shops, great people and a lovely area

Hanise was a really nice server always had a smile on her face and was always happy and polite, she would come and take out order without hesitating, very quick service, would highly recommend hanise and all the bar staff as they all made you feel welcome 5⭐️ all the way would rate more if i could

The pillows were a bit hard. Toiletries nor replaced regularly. Pools excellent and pool activities. Staff in the bistro bar not very organised, had to wait for drinks, wrong food brought. Some really good staff and waiters but not all. Please could you consider having non smoking sections especially in food areas. Nothing worse than eating food when the table next to you are smoking, not hygienic. The pool bar had alot of people smoking but there was no tables for non smokers.

Big shout-out to Murat, this guy puts in 40k steps a day to bring you a cold beverage. This man is such a Chad that he doesn't even need skates to find his way around and slam a cold one on your table. Furthermore the place was quite tidy and a pleasure. Food is decent and the a la carte a great addition. If you want to level up, order a Havana club in a big cup. Make it a double in the evenings.

Firstly I would like to thank the entertainment team and bar staff for being the most kindest and tentative people. Especially the entertainment team! They made me feel like part of their family and I loved them all so much.. Moez, Suzi, Mehdi, Mario and Kann. They really looked after us and made our day for the last 2 weeks! I will never forget this experience. We participated in all activities, volleyball with Mehdi, water aerobics and Zumba with Suzi and darts with Moez. I would 100% recommend to do all of them. It was such a laugh and met soo many amazing people whilst doing this. I think my favourite one of all was darts 🎯 Moez made everyone feel so comfortable and always had people laughing! Thank you so much all! Love you lots xx Hotel was absolutely stunning and had soo many amazing views. Very clean and had plenty of food! Only down side was that the lunch and dinner was very much the same everyday. I feel they need more English dishes to! But over all no issues.

Just got back and I must agree with another reviewer who has just reviewed the hotel and gave 3/5, their review mirrors my feelings. Firstly, the gardens, pools, common areas and restaurants are very good and of a high standard. Sadly the bedrooms let this hotel down. On arrival at midnight allocated a lower floor room, it felt very dates, damp and dark. The air conditioning unit was very noisy and impossible to sleep with it switched on even with ear plugs. In the morning the 'sea view' that we had paid extra for was of a tree trunk and pool, the sea somewhere in the distance I guess. A request was made to reception to change room's and to be allocated one of the renovated rooms (as per their pictures). I was told all rooms have been renovated and they only hand one other sea view room available that night, this we accepted. This room was better than the previous room but still nothing like those on the web site, the bathroom was dated with brown tiles with lots of sealant around the shower tray again nothing like the modern blue and white tiles in the pictures. The air condition system was quiet but still inefficient to cool the room. Problems experienced during the remaining stay included, broken electrical sockets (old sockets outlets that need replacing), cistern toilet flush sticking, minibar leaking/not cooling, air conditioning breaking. The latter two faults were reported to reception, after reporting a 2nd time a maintenance man came to resolve the problem. A/C a bit better. If I had been staying 14nights I would have requested another room but didn't want the hassle of changing rooms again or have the inconvenience of people repairing when I want to be in the room. The a la carte was very good, our waiter Ismail was very attentive and looked after us well, thank you Ismail. Most the staff around the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The bars and lounge areas are done to a high standard. With the high portion of smokers in the hotel there should be more non smoking areas, also some adults only areas to give people some peace and quiet on holiday. Entertainment in evenings could have been better, tribute bands etc.
